Caller

In Jackson and Karmen's room

She laid on his chest panting, his phone buzzed on the table vibrating off the nightstand. Her eyes went wide and her heart skipped a beat, she jerked head over towards the little pink vibrator.

" Calm down Babe, that was just my phone.

He patted her thigh for her to moved off his chest, he reached his long arm down to pick his phone up out of the floor.

He glanced at it to see who was calling at three in the morning. When he seen the name of the caller he chuckled , answering the call.

Loud music blasted in the back ground and a slurred drunken voice sounded over the phone.

Caller: [Eddington come on down and party with me ]

Jackson: [ sounds like to me, you already partied enough , do you have a driver?]

Caller : [Fuck yeah, you know I don't party with out one]

Jackson: [ Have your driver bring you out here to Eddington castle, I'll call security to let you in the gate . Come on up to the front entrance and me and Karmen will meet you there .]

Caller: [ so it's true. Your fucking my sister.]

Jackson: [ not right now, but yeah that's what married people do]

Caller: [ when the fuck did you two get married]

Jackson: [come on out here and we can talk in the morning over breakfast]

Hanging up the phone, he glanced over at Karmen . Who is now looking curiously at him. He told her "Babe put some clothes on." as he climbed out of the bed slipping his boxers and jeans back on.

Glancing at the clock on the wall, her heart raced thinking it must be an emergency for them to be leaving at three in the morning.

Her voice was a little panicked, and her words came out in a rush.

"Who was that, and where are we going?"

He set down on the edge of the bed to put his shoes on. Reaching over he patted her on the leg calmly saying "That was Ethan and we're just going downstairs to the front entrance. He's going to stay here tonight ."

Her brows knitted together, sounding

confused by what he just said.

" Ethan, was he drunk? " she ask him for an explanation "And what do you mean he's staying here tonight."

Chuckling a little, he stood up reaching for her hand explaining everything to her.

" of course he's drunk babe, it's three in the morning he called me from the club." putting her hand in his, he jerked her forward, pecking her lips ,telling her again.

And just what I said he's staying here tonight "

Grumbling she bent down to pick her clothes up from the floor. "What the hell is he doing all the way up here?" He smacked her bottom when she bent over.

" stop complaining, I meet with Ethan once a month to go over his financial statement. Usually he calls me when he gets here and we go party together."

She steadied her self on his shoulder to slip on her shoes, sounding down in the mouth

"That sounds about right. He's probably going to bitch because I didn't get a prenup."

" why would he do that babe, I own half of the Eddington estate two businesses and all of my grandmother's priceless art work. Plus I make you and him a shit load of money each month.

She sigh heavily as they walked out the door. She tried to explain her reason for saying what she just told him.

" Because he doesn't know about the ancient ritual. He probably thinks you're going to cheat on me."

Their voices echoed through the the dark and empty hallways as they chatted making their way to the front entrance.

" All we need to do is explain it to him, and if he still wants you to get a prenup, we will have one drawn up. And he's probably going to be pissed anyway."

" why do you think he's going to be pissed?"

He chuckled,

" Because babe, when I was on the phone with him he ask me if I was fucking you. And I told him we're already married."

They set down in two comfortable chairs that set beside the front entrance, Jackson takes out his phone and placed the call to the front gate.

Security: [ Eddington Castle Security, How can I help you.]

Jackson: [ Rob, this is Jackson, A limo is going to pull up to gate in a few minutes, let it through.]

Security: [ Yes your Royal Highness, is there anything else I can do for you]

Jackson: [ that's all, thank you.]

He slipped his phone back into his pocket and they patiently waited, Karmen got restless after a little while, becoming whiny and fidgety.

" Are you sure he's coming out here?"

" Babe, There's no place else for him to go The Black Diamond closed fifteen minutes ago. And all the other clubs we used to go to closed two hours ago."

Just as she was going to whine more a long black limousine pulled up to the front entrance and a driver stepped around to open the door .

They stepped out of the Castle and stood waiting for Ethan to get out of the car.

In a few minutes a handsome young man wearing a white shirt and black pants stumbled from the car, he leaned on the door to get his balance for a few seconds.

Karmen and Jackson walked down the steps to help him into the Castle. Ethan lifted his gaze towards Karmen , slurring his words.

" Come give your brother a hug squirt."

She rushed forward smiling with her dimpled cheeks wrapping her arms around his waist, he picked her up in a bear like hug lifting her into the air. He settled her back on the ground and the two men greeted each other with a Roman hand shake and a pat on the shoulder.

Karmen could tell this is something they have done many times before. Making her curious about just how long her brother and her husband have known each other. She watched silently as they chatted to each other like old buddies, making her wonder why she had never met Jackson before.

" Come on in you can stay in the room next to ours" Jackson told him as they climbed the steps to the front entrance. Ethan stumbled back a little, but his speech was getting better.

" they told me at the club, Karmen had you by the balls and you didn't party anymore."

He chuckled , from his brother n laws teasing remark, but confirmed it was true.

" Yeah, I don't think partying is something I should do anymore, unless I'm partying with my wife."

Ethan stumbled a bit, raising his eyes to Jackson, repeating the question he ask him on the phone.

" when did you two get married?"

" That's something we will explain in the morning after you sober up some. Let's get you in the bed right now."
