Disappeared

Jackson and Karmen walked down the staircase before they entered the dining room Jackson turned around peeking down her white shirt and tightened the laces at the top.

She grumbled and fussed at him . " What are you doing?"

" Checking to see if you had on a bra and covering up your boobs." She rolled her eyes complaining " I promise their not going to fall out and you put my bra and panties on me."

When they stepped inside the dining room Alex stood up taking Lexi's hand walking over to them. The two couples walked through the castle the back way going through the service entrance.

Jackson looked over at Alex telling him about what happened down town.

" Alex remember I told you me and Karmen were going to hippie Todd's shop to get her protein shake mix."

As they strolled across the lawn Alex was only half listened to Jackson ,he muttered

" yeah, what happened at Todd's " Jackson raised his voice slightly to make sure Alex could hear what he was saying

"Alex your not going to believe this shit, some old lady walked by pointing her finger in the window, screaming. But that's not the weird part. When we left that same old woman was in the street pointing her figure screaming something about an evil demon seductress.Then that bitch just disappeared right in front of me."

This grabbed his attention he stopped walking, halting in his tracks. Asking for more information some type of explanation. " What the fuck do you mean she disappeared, did she run off and hide someplace."

" No Alex just what I said, the bitch disappeared into thin air. He threw his hands up in front of him opening his fingers saying, "like poof Alex she was gone."

Alex narrowed his eyes down on his brother, asking him " you didn't lick any stickers down at Todd's shop did you?"

"I swear Alex, I didn't do anything . I wasn't fucked up , I didn't even smoke a joint with him. You can ask Karmen she has never been fucked up in her life. But she seen that bitch disappearance just like I did."

"Huh, sounds like we need to go back down town tomorrow afternoon and do a little investigating what did you say she was screaming? "

" something about demon seductress , I turned around to see who she was screaming at and their was no one there but me and Karmen. And when I turned back around she disappeared right in front of my eyes."

"Are you sure all Todd sales down at his shop is herbal medicine and a few pot brownies."

"That's all that I know about, Todd never was into any other stuff. And when we seen her the first time, Todd said he didn't know who I was talking about."

Now that Jackson had his attention, he continued walking, but the story he was telling him was Just unbelievable. He had to see this for his self. "We can leave the girls at Mothers. I'll have Rich send a couple of his men to stand guard at mothers penthouse and we will take a little trip down town." Alex suggested

" Sounds like a good plan Alex, we can head out right after lunch tomorrow."

When they reached the stables the horses had already been saddled and tied to a hitching post.

Lexi walked over to Coco petting him on the neck, taking sweetly to him. " hi Coco are you ready to go for a little ride, yes, what a good boy you are."

Alex gave Raven a hardy pat on his hindquarters, and ran his hand down Ravens neck looked in his mouth checking his bridle and then he checked his saddle.

Turning to Coco he done the same thing. Telling Lexi "Sweetheart you can go ahead and mount Coco now." She put her foot in the stirrup and with a little bounce she pulled herself up into the saddle.

Alex untied Raven putting his foot in stirrup and pulling himself up into the saddle.

With a little tug on the reins the horses walked outside of the fence where they set waiting on the younger couple to join them.

Jackson was still introducing Karmen to the big black horse with a white mark on its forehead. " Babe this is Star his's a really good trail horse, he's so gently you don't even need to use your reins, he will follow Pepper into the tightest spaces and never stray. But he will also give you a good Gallup across the pasture, he will be able to fly with your little light ass. You might even be able to out run Alex and Raven." She patted Star on the neck and rubbed his nose.

He pulled her to the side of the horse telling her ," stretch your arm out Babe, I'll adjust your Stirrups."

He pulled the stirrup above the top of her arm to get the right length and raised the fender to take the stirrups up a couple of notches. Standing beside her he offered to help her " Babe Star's a big horse do you need a leg up?"

"No that's okay, I got it my horse Shadow is a big horse." slipping her foot into the stirrup, giving it a little bounce she tugged on the saddle and pulled her self up.
