Well deserved vacation

Earlier in the evening king Evander and Harper set in a dimly lit room at a wooden table inside another rustic historic restaurant. The only difference was this restaurant was in a middle class neighborhood closer to the city . A huge church set across the street, it's the church Harper and her family attended every Sunday. The restaurant was busy but just as Harper had said it wasn't loud. The large plants that set around offered privacy. And the candles at the table along with the low lighting gave it a romantic atmosphere.

King Evander glanced around at the little out of the way romantic restaurant that she had chose a smile curled on his sexy lips. "Darling I really like this restaurant I'm glad I ask you before going to one of those other ones." He said,beginning to second guess some of the things his great grandson had told him.

After eating dinner and engaging in small talk about his and her work. They left the cozy little restaurant and drove out to the cliff Jackson had told him about.Upon arriving at the isolated location Harper become nervous. Hearing her heart start to beating faster . He glanced over quickly reading her thoughts hoping Jackson hadn't recommended another bad place. After reading what was on her mind,he almost chuckled out loud from the naughty things she thought he was trying to do to her.

" It's a nice night, what do you say we put the top down? He ask , reaching his hand up to push a button on the dash. Retracting the convertible top of the car, he then brought his hand down and turned the engine off.

" Your awful quite Darling do you not like it up here." He ask, keeping his voice low and calm. Also being mindful to keep his movements slow as to not frighten her.

Looking up into the clear night sky she shyly mummers " It is beautiful and with the top down we can see all the stars."

He Leaned the car set back into a reclining position. Leaning back against the seat, locking his hands behind his head as he gazing into the night sky."I think it is too, it reminds me somewhat of a lovely place in my country." He sighed " But then a lot of people never bother to explore the mountains and the beautiful forest because they are so captivated with the beach." He smiled, laying out the bait, waiting for his beautiful little prey to take a bite.

" Your country sounds like a beautiful place."She said,taking a little nibble of the bait he had just laid out. Leaning her set back to enjoy the stars the same way he had done.

"It is darling, it's truly like no other. It has beautiful white sand beaches with mesmerizing sun sets .And a mountainous region with breathtaking views overlooking a lush green forest. Everything anyone could possibly ask for in one place." He set the trap waiting for his little prey to fall into it.

" That sounds truly amazing. I have never been to the beach before. All we have around here is the sea port where ships come in from different countries. And they smell bad with a rocky shoreline. She explained.

" Darling would you like to visit my country.? I would be more then happy to arrange transportation for you." He ask,

pushing the bait closer. Watching her from the corner of his eye as she relaxed with her hands folded together on top of her stomach watching the stars in the clear night sky.

"Really"

" Really Darling, anytime you would like to come visit. I can have my private jet fly you there."

" Are you playing with me?" She ask suspiciously. As she quickly set up from the reclining position turning at the waist so that she could look in the eyes.

He Turned his head towards her with a slightly confused look " No, Darling why would I do that?" He ask, "I just thought you might like to go on a little adventure. You just told me you have never been to the beach."

"It does sound intriguing, but unfortunately I have to work." She sighed, as she leaned back again in the seat and continued to watch the night sky.

"Hum, Didn't Alex give you next week off?" He reminded her

" He did, but I still have my job at Gabby's. And I have my books that I need to get from the book store." She said,

" So you work every night at Gabby's?" He ask,hoping to at least get a better idea of what her work schedule is.

" No,unfortunately not, Miss. Roxy tries to make sure everyone has an opportunity to make good tips. Like for example me, Rylee, Nick, and Heather worked tonight. But we won't get another weekend shift the rest of the month. The next day I work will be Tuesday night." She explained

" Is that the only night you will get to work the rest of the week?" He ask, Sounding as he was concerned that she wasn't getting enough hours at Gabby's.

" Yeah. But that's okay, usually if we all get a weekend night once a month we get really good tips and Miss Roxy is extremely fair with us ,even Rylee. You would think she would let Rylee work more then the rest of us because she is her daughter."

" I see, she sounds like a very nice lady. And a very fair employer."

" Yeah, I'm very lucky to have two very fair employers. King Alexander is a wonderful employer, if it wasn't for him writing me a letter of recommendation I wouldn't have been able to get my job at Gabby's." She explained.

" I see, Well do you have any other plans after Tuesday night?" He ask, turning his head away from the star filled sky again

to look in her direction.

"Uh,.. not really just taking my grandmother to church on Sunday." She stammered not really sure where this conversation was headed.

"Well then, would you like to take a small well deserved vacation? From what you have told me all you have done on your summer break is work. Everyone deserves a little time to relax Darling." He reasoned , as he quickly read her thoughts again. Only to find out she was hesitating because of the same little dirty thoughts bouncing around in her head, He grinned, " Darling I have plenty of guest rooms at my castle and it would be my pleasure to show you around my country. And if your worried about having enough time it only takes a few hours to fly there in a jet."
