The Start of Breaking a Hero.

{POV Ryuu.}

Are you kidding me, the freaking hero boy Deku got himself a pretty good power-up now didn't he. I should have expected that. I really need to get an information network setup so that shit like this doesn't happen again. Oh well I guess I'll see just how much growth Deku has achieved, otherwise breaking him wouldn't be fun.

"Midoriya, how…?"

Ida started to question how Deku was able to find where he was at while Deku just explained how he saw something in a tabloid about what Stain had done to his victims.

Deku started to talk about escaping while Ida mentioned Stains ability and how it might work. While looking at the other hero who was bleeding out.

Deku even went as far as to keep his attention on me as well.

"Seems like we have another, who decided to interrupt our little hunt, Stain. But we should be a little more careful with this one, as his ability showed great strength in the sports festival." I said while Stain nodded his head as he focused his attention on Deku.

I readied my cane-ax as I noticed Deku's legs started to energize with green sparks. So it seems he's finally using what his body can tolerate without breaking. Took him long enough.

"Midoriya don't, don't get involved. This has nothing to do with you!!" Ida said with fury and rage in his voice as he tried to move but to no avail.

"Well isn't that nice, a friend going 'I came to save you,' that's a nice line. However, I have a duty to kill these men. And if you choose to butt in, then of course." Stain said as he started to slowly walk forward as a massive amount of bloodlust started to explode from his body.

"It is the weak that shall be culled. Now then, what will you do?"

I noticed Deku's legs started to shake as Stains bloodlust had started to overwhelm him.

"I agree. The weak are meant to be food for the strong." I said as I released my own killing intent. Making Deku start to shake further, making him turn his head back to look at me.

But when I saw the look in his eyes that showed no backing down I started to frown a little. You'll never learn will you Deku. Just because you want to save someone doesn't mean it's going to happen. You'll only be able to truly save those you care for when you have the power to do it, not just a whim.

"Stop!! Run away! I told you, this has nothing to do with you!" Ida screamed out to Deku which only made him smile.

"Dude, if you say something like that, then heroes wouldn't be able to do anything! I have so much I want to say, but leave it for later! All Might told me butting one's nose in is one of the principal qualities of a hero!"

Stain started to smile with a crazed grin on his face when he heard Deku's speech.

I on the other hand did not, as I frowned. That's not a hero you moron, that's just a person who doesn't understand personal space.

Deku started to glow all over his body as he charged towards Stain closing in on him. As Stain took a wide swing at him with his sword, while pulling out one of his knives.

Deku dodged underneath Stain's legs, jumped up in the air while throwing a downward punch across Stains face.

Both Deku and Ida seemed to be surprised that things were going well for them, but I noticed that Stain was able to nick Deku. Just enough to draw blood as he licked his knife.

Making Deku crumble to the ground.

"Your power doesn't cut it. You didn't surpass my movements. From the way I read your moves, you'd planned to slip my line of sight, and bring me down with a surefire hit." Stain spoke with slight praise in his voice as he walked past Deku and headed towards Ida.

"Folks who are all talk are a dime a dozen, but with you there is worth in keeping you alive, but for these two not so much."

I agreed with Stain but as he was getting closer to Ida I felt another presence.

"Stain dodge!"

Stain was able to dodge as a torrent of ice and fire rushed down the alley.

"It's one after the other today it seems, my work keeps getting blocked. Just who are these kids, Khorne?" Stain asked while looking in my direction.

"There, the new generation of heroes." I spoke with a slight sigh as I watched Shoto enter the alley as he spoke to Deku with a look of confusion in his eyes.

Then I saw Deku, Ida, and Shoto eyes all change as they looked at me.

"Wait, did he just call you Khorne?" Deku, Ida, and Shoto asked with shock and confusion in their voices.

"Yeah, so what! Do you know of some asshole who decided to steal my name!?" I spoke with dense killing intent towards Deku and Shoto making them flinch.

"Besides should my name be something you should be worrying about at the current moment you, pisants. Shouldn't you be worrying about yourselves or rather saving him."

I said while pointed towards the dying hero.

Shoto nodded his head while saying that back-up would be on the way shortly as he quickly used his ice to gather all the injured parties, bringing them to safety. All the while attacking both Stain and I with fire.

Deku started to tell Shoto about Stain's ability while trying to formulate a plan, but Stain and I thought otherwise as we both attacked.

Stain threw one of his knives at Shoto while I rushed in quickly closing the distance.

Shoto was barely able to dodge the knife, allowing me to get within striking distance as I swung my cane-ax at Shotos side. Shoto tried to dodge but I was able to get a nice cut in as blood started to flow from his side.

"You've got yourself some nice pals, haven't you Ingenium? But it looks like I do as well." Stain said as he tried to kick the side of Shotos head only to be blocked by a chunk of ice.

"Agreed, but I think they don't have the same coordination or experience we have, Stain." I said as I spartan kicked Shoto in his ribs sending him flying down the alley as I felt his ribs crack.

Stain started to smile as he charged after Shoto like a tiger on the prowl. While I turned my attention to Deku as I noticed the effect from Stains ability was starting to wear off.

"Come, little man. I wish to try your hand in combat since you seem to be the only one capable of giving a challenge." I spoke with a challenging tone in my voice as I put away my cane-ax as I wanted to brawl.

Deku started to smile and frown at the same time as he started to slowly stand on his feet all the while Ida was screaming out that he should be the one to be challenging us or fight.

"Shut it, you trash of a hero. Do you really think with that attitude and mindset you could further yourself to become a hero. No you'd only tarnish the name and die." I spoke with dodging Dekus attacks as I recognized his pattern.

He really isn't even original at all is he. Imitating everyone he sees as cool or useful for his style of combat. You'll never evolve into your own Deku if you continue to behave like this.

Deku kept on with his attack as I kept dodging with the least amount of movement. I was quickly growing bored as I stepped into Deku's range and threw a heavy liver punch. Sending Deku into the air and into the alley wall.

"You really are just a grassroot kid, aren't ya kid," I said as I looked at Deku's pained filled face. "Besides you've been going all out with your ability, while I've been only using my martial strength."

"Why, why, you two please, stop. I Inherited my brother's name, I'm the one who has to do…!!" Ida started to yell out in rage before stopping as he saw me start to walk towards him slowly.

"You know, you really are like a broken record Tenya," I said in a cold manner as I drew my cane-ax. "If you really wanted to inherit your crippled brother's name then!"

I raised my cane-ax to the terrified screaming of both Deku and Ida before brutally severing Ida's right arm just above the shoulder.

"You're nothing but a fake who prioritizes his own selfish desires! You are the cancer of society, warping the word hero. And someone needs to correct that," I said darkly as I raised my cane-ax again, as blood dripped off it's edge. "Now you've officially inherited your brother's name."

"KHORNE!!!" Deku screamed out loud as he charged at me with a crazed look in his eyes.

I didn't even turn around as I dodged Dekus attack before grabbing his throat with an iron grip and holding him.

"This is only a small cost for his so-called heroism. He played with fire and got burned. He's quite lucky that I only took his arm and not his life." I spoke with no emotion as I spoke to Deku before slamming him into the ground breaking it. Knocking him out.

"Ah, it seems as if you had some fun, Khorne."

I turned to look at Stain as he was dragging an unconscious Shoto by the scruff of his collar.

"Not really, he wasn't even a challenge, just a child throwing empty punches. What about you though? Have fun with him?" I asked as I started to feel strong presences rushing to our location.

"Kinda he was mostly reliant on his ability rather than himself…" Stain stopped halfway when he noticed me nod my head behind him as he threw Shoto aside. "Well it seems as if we have some more company, huh Khorne."
