Moving Ahead.

{POV Ryuu.}

I woke up alone in my bed as I wasn't able to feel Mei, Tsuyu, or Toga next to me or in the same room. I didn't find it to be an odd feeling as it was something I was used to on my original plane. But in a way it was foreign as I was used to waking, next to another.

I wonder where they could be? Normally I'm the first to wake, how long was I asleep for then? Oh well it's about time for me to get up regardless anyway as I have a pretty busy schedule for today.

I slowly started to roll out of bed as I headed to the bathroom in order to wash my face and teeth. But after I was finished and walked out of the bathroom I noticed a note on the table.

'You seemed pretty tired so we let you get some sleep. Come down to the kitchen when you wake up and finish getting ready. We will be waiting for you Ryuu.

Love, Mei, Tsuyu, and Toga.'

I smiled softly as I read the note again before folding it and placed it in my pocket as I headed to the kitchen. Yet when I was getting closer and closer to the kitchen I started hearing multiple sounds of banging dishes and utensils.

Just what are they doing in there? I think out of all of them only Tsuyu has any real experience in the kitchen. Mei could barely make a bowl of noodles while I don't know the extent or experience Toga has.

I could only shake my head as I started getting closer as the noise was getting louder as I was able to hear their hushed voices in the background. Yet when I entered all the noise stopped as I had to contain a laugh from escaping.

Mei was covered in flour from her face all the way to her knees while egg yolk stained her apron as she sat at the table pouting.

Toga was smiling ear to ear as she held a knife as she was cutting some fruit.

Tsuyu was the only one who was semi clean as she had her hair up while holding a cup of coffee and handed it to me.

"We thought of giving you a surprise since you've always treated us with a special morning breakfast. But we got a little behind as someone decided to put the bacon in the oven at 1500 degrees." Tsuyu smiled as she glanced over to a red faced Mei.

"Hey, it's not my fault. It's the oven's fault for not working how it should. Come on, tell her Ryuu. Don't just smile, tell her," Mei pouted as she kissed her teeth before a smile formed on her face. "Wait, I have a better idea. I'll make one that can and if I'm not able to then I'll just make another."

I could only smile as Toga handed me a plate of cut apples shaped like bunnies. "I'm also at fault for that as I thought it would make them cook faster. We didn't think that it would almost make them burnt to a hockey puck." Toga continued to smile as she walked back to the table and sat down.

I smiled as I went to the table and sat down while taking a drink of my coffee and eating one of the sliced apples. Tsuyu did the same as she carried over a plate with crispy bacon, pancakes, cheesy eggs, and toast.

It smelled good as I started to eat, but the moment the first piece almost entered my mouth I noticed that the girls didn't seem to have anything to eat placed in front of them. Mei only smiled as she said that they already ate earlier and wanted me to just enjoy my food.

"I understand, but just because I'm eating alone doesn't mean that there should be silence. Go ahead and ask whatever questions you have. I'm sure that you have a lot to ask." I smiled slightly as I started to eat.

I was expecting a lot of questions and I was right, but I was wrong on the context in which the questions that they would ask. They seemed to be more concerned about my life as Emperor back in my old plane. But it seemed that they were more particularly interested in the loneliness I experienced even though I was surrounded by those who said they loved me.

I didn't hide anything and spoke truly. Explaining that I never knew what that emotion or feeling was as it was something that died off a long time ago. Yet it was something that I was always longing for all the way till my end.

But after that line of questioning was over it seemed that the girls all came to some sort of agreement without speaking as they all smiled and nodded their heads. Then after that they started asking about the types of technology, customs, lifestyle, people, and everything small about my old empire.

It was a fairly long but decent talk with the girls as they kept asking really good questions that had to make me think to give them an answer sometimes.

"You lived a long and lonely life as an Emperor Ryuu," Mei spoke with a soft tone as she looked at me before smiling. "Well make sure that'll never happen again. Remember we are with you till we breathe our last."

Tsuyu and Toga mirrored what Mei said as warmth spread throughout my heart as I almost felt my eyes water.

"Thank you girls, you're the best. I really don't know what I would do without you."

"You'd probably be on the run from killing thousands and thousands of people after the U.S.J. incident." Tsuyu smiled as she teased me as she refilled my coffee.

"You're not wrong," I smiled as I let out a satisfied sigh. "But it'll be a while before we see each other again. As I have a favor to ask of all of you."

The girls smiled as they briefly nodded their heads.

"I need you all to look after the empire as I'll be away to focus on meditation and that Demon Mantra. I trust that you will make the best decision for the empire and everyone." I took a big drink of my coffee as I remembered the special guest that we still had locked away.

"Oh and you all have free reign to do whatever you want with Deku. Break him anyway you seem fit. Make it seem like you're on his side, or just straight up break him slowly. It doesn't matter."

The girls all smiled when I told them that they could have their fun with Deku anyway they saw fit.

Toga even had a wicked smile on her face as it looked like she came up with a good idea.

"Don't worry we already had a plan in place to break Deku as Toga came up with a great idea but if we were to tell you it would ruin the surprise. But I'll have one waiting for you when you get back as I'm sure you'll love it." Mei smiled as she looked at the still wickedly smiling Toga.

"Then have a great time," I finished my coffee as I stood. "Well I'm off to say my goodbye to Deku, then I'm off to Tarturas to invite our special guest. Just make sure to treat them nicely when they arrive. Then I'll be off to find a spot to seclude myself until the start of the tournament."

The girls smiled as they all gave me a kiss and hug goodbye as Tsuyu asked the girls to help her clean the kitchen.

I could only smile as I headed to the location where Deku was still trapped in. I could hear his attempts of escaping as the sounds of rumbling could be heard as I got closer.

Deku tried doing the same shit he did last time I entered but all it earned him was the dislocation of both his arms and legs as he screamed in pain while glaring at me.

"Hey don't look at me like that. It's your own fault, get good, scrub."

"Let me go Ryuu! Let me go, you won't win, you'll lose the tournament. The class is stronger than those on your side." Deku gasped out in pain as he continued to glare at me.

"Well one, I won't be letting you go so you can stop asking. Two, All Might still hasn't forgotten about you. And three, I'm off to Tarturas as I need to invite a special guest of honor for the tournament." I smiled as I started to put Deku's arms and legs back into place.

"Oh and I forgot to mention. Don't forget to have fun while I'm gone as I won't be able to accompany you during summer break as I have training of my own to accomplish thanks to my own faults."

Dekus face quickly changed from pain to confusion and back again as it looked like he was trying to make sense of what I said as a large smile formed on his face.

"I hope you get captured Ryuu. And if not then know this no matter how hard you train or how hard you try you'll never be able to defeat All Might in the end. You're only delaying the inevitable."

I started laughing as I headed to the door before stopping as a mysterious smile formed on my face.

"Well let's just say a little birdie told me that All Might's time is running out and he is currently running on fumes. Now I wonder why, oh that's right. It's because of you Deku. Well I've stayed a little longer than I anticipated so I'm off and again do try to enjoy yourself Deku as it'll be the last you'll ever get."
