Reputation Is Important

Yao Tang raised her eyebrows and crossed her legs. "What do you plan to do?"

Principal Kong straightened his back and sighed, before gazing out the window. He adjusted his glasses as he did so, shaking his head.

"I haven't thought of a way around it yet. If I had, I wouldn't have asked you to come here." There was a moment's pause before he stated, "Does Class 20 really need any more students?"

"Do you really care so much about your school's reputation?" she countered with another question.

His jaw dropped. "Of course," he snapped. "Reputation is everything! It's the reason why No. 1 High School is the way it is today. If you lose that, then you wouldn't be able to bring that back in the future. Not only will you have trouble in garnering investors, but you'll even have a hard time expanding. How can not that be important?"

He sighed.
