She Actually Believes in Aren

Jocelyn couldn't help but worry. She bit her lips and pretended to smile casually. "If I were with you, perhaps death wouldn't be that scary."

That was true. It was not that she was not afraid of death, but whenever she was with Aren, she wasn't afraid of anything.

This feeling made her feel inexplicably uneasy.

A smile suddenly appeared on Aren's cold face. He raised his hand and gently rubbed Jocelyn's head. "Don't worry, while I'm around, I won't let you die."

Jocelyn looked up at Aren's smiling face. A part of her heart throbbed violently and then started pounding uncontrollably.

Aren tried his best to hold the steering wheel. The car was still running very fast. When it went downhill, the speed of the car rose to 141.5.

The scenery outside the window kept retreating. Occasionally, a car would pass by them and then be gone within a second.

Jocelyn knew that their car must be the only one driving at this crazy speed on this road.
