Say What's on Your Mind

Luke was Aren's assistant and was by his side 24 hours a day. To Susan, having Luke's phone number was not much different from having Aren's.

When the phone rang, Luke was preparing the black coffee for Aren.

The sound of the phone vibrating in his pants made Luke tremble suddenly, and he almost spilled his coffee he was holding.

However, he was responsive and managed to stabilize himself in time.

Although the coffee wasn't spilled, Aren was still very unhappy with the sound of Luke's phone ringing. In fact, this discontent towards everything Luke did had been going on for a week.

For the past week, Luke felt like he was walking on a knife's edge. It was so dangerous that he didn't dare to sleep at night, afraid that he would miss Aren's message and give him an excuse and reason to punish him.

However, during this week, although he didn't make any mistakes, he still looked tired, beginning to have dark circles and eye bags at a young age.
