Is The Voice An Illusion?

"Sir, is there anything I can do for you?"

"Go help Jocelyn get discharged."

Hearing Aren's order, Luke nodded. Just as he was about to leave, he thought of the phone Eliza gave him and stopped.

Luke took out his phone from his pocket. "Miss Jocelyn, this is the phone Miss Eliza asked me to give you. She asked me to tell you that you can call her if you need anything."

Hearing that, Jocelyn looked in the direction of the door, as if she was searching for traces of Eliza.

"Don't worry. Miss Eliza looked very tired, so I asked her to go back and rest. She's not injured."

Luke was indeed a considerate man. He answered all the questions that Jocelyn wanted to ask and put her at ease.

In fact, the moment she was lying on the ground and on the verge of death, Jocelyn regretted calling Eliza. She couldn't imagine what kind of atrocities Miles would do to her if she came in alone.
