Progression to the Main Storyline

Yuan Chunhua was extremely angered by Jiang Ming's attitude but there was nothing else she could do.

'Just why did the Princess trust Jiang Ming so much that she even swore on her honor?' She cursed silently.

She clicked her tongue slightly in annoyance before glaring at Jiang Ming.

"Recently, there have been some abnormalities in the Guilong Forest and the emperor has tasked us to find some clues when we're conducting the annual examination." Yuan Chunhua whispered softly to him.

Jiang Ming raised an eyebrow.

"Abnormalities?" He asked.

"Yes, five days ago, there was an earthquake that occurred deep inside the Guilong Forest, causing a wave of purple mist to emit out. Luckily, those purple mist only seemed to reside in the inner zone of the Guilong Forest and not the outskirts." 

"..."

Just when Jiang Ming wanted to reject such laborious tasks, a system prompt appeared in front of him.
