With her alone

They were alone. In the middle of a lake that Cai Lien did not recognize, they looked at each other. 

More than the change in scenery, Cai Lien was more surprised of the person that had appeared in front of her. 

Her eyes were locked onto Liu Feng's black holes, staring deep into them, trying to understand just where the hell he had been the last two years.

He was just gone, off the face of earth, and she couldn't meet him at all. Then, he appeared once in the Sky Heavens sect, before disappearing again. 

Every single time, it was like the heavens were toying with her. Showing her the man that she was fated to be with, and then, he was gone once again. 

And now, he was in front of her. But she wasn't even sure if this was happening in real time. This could be another illusion. Another trick that someone was playing on her.
