Training The Squire (4).

" And I am going to provide you training menu for increasing the endurance of your body, I will provide the basic training menu which all of the squires must follow even if they are speed type or other. The people with Tank type must do the double or triple amount of training compared to the basic menu," said Ekansh.

The training menu given to the squire was a fitness program for the Army it had 2 stages.

1st stage is Warm-up and cardio.

In it, they have to do,

Stretching - Given how grueling their training was going to be, it is a must for all the squires to stretch their bodies before and after their daily workout. This involves everything from shoulder shrugs and tricep and lat stretch that target the muscles of the upper body to the calf, hamstring, and quadriceps stretch that focuses on the lower half. This helps boosts the circulation of blood across the body and pulls them out of their state of dormancy since they have to wake up at dawn to work out.

Interval running - Another way for the squires to boost their blood circulation early in the morning is by indulging in a strenuous cardio session. After a few minutes of brisk walking, they are told to practice interval running. This involves alternating between jogging and sprinting for at least 50 kilometers all over the perimeter of the city wall. Not to mention, they were told to do this in freezing temperatures while wearing tough boots and military gear and carrying heavy bags and their equipment. Not only does this build strength and stamina, but also makes them more agile.

Swimming - outside the city walls a vast swimming pool was constructed with the help of Earth mage it's dimensions were 500 metersx50 meters in length and width and its depth was 20 meters, at a time all the knights and squires could practice in it, instead of calling it a pool it was in the size of a lake. Swimming was made mandatory for all the squires, they were made to learn to swim by hook or crook. It's the quickest way to warm up your entire body and makes for a great cardio workout. It elevates your heart rate and helps burn fat. They were told to swim long distances at a fast pace and practice winter diving, no matter how unforgiving the weather is so that their limbs are tough and toned.

2nd stage is Core training where the body fitness and endurance are increased.

In it, they have to do

Crunches - Crunches are an amazing exercise to build core strength. They specifically target the abdominal muscles and whip them into shape. They also bolster your back to some extent. One method to check if you're doing them correctly is by ensuring you don't use your arms or legs to lift your torso. An oblique twist can be added to each rep to increase their intensity and effectiveness.

Arm workout -

1) Push-ups.

2) Pull-ups.

3)Tricep - dips.

4) Cliff climbing.

Leg workout -

1) Step-ups.

2) Duck walks - Duck walks do wonders for your lower body strength. Going to and fro in a squatting position is anything but easy, but squires were made to do it as part of their daily training, given that it comes in handy while hiding from the enemy in a fight behind rocks and bushes, but attacking them at the same time. It requires immense stability in the knees and well-built thighs, both of which can be built with regular practice.

There were some other trainings from the army but I had removed them because the squire must have time and strength to practice their martial techniques.

The squire's were made to follow this training daily. Daily I would get SP from the training of the squires it was in small amounts but the points were accumulating daily slowly.

After the first month of my ninja training, I created more shadow clones for other training. I created 120 shadow clones, the 100 shadow clones were doing their own training the remaining 20 clones were made to practice fuinjutsu with the system manuals, as the SP were stocking up daily I was buying the manuals for iryo and fuinjutsu to learn them.

1 year passed.

*****

The training of the first seven groups of clones went well that is training in the elemental jutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu. I have learned all the ninjutsu from 'E' rank to 'C' rank.

For taijustu, I learned the strong fist not the gentle fist as don't have the byakugan.

And for the genjutsu I have learned the basics of it and trying to make my own dojustu technique from the Hell's gaze.

The training for iryo and fuin justu was somewhat hard because for iryojutsu I had to learn all the anatomy of the human body and their function it was a lot harder to remember them all right. And for fuinjutsu, I had to learn calligraphy from the scratch, and most of the time went into practicing calligraphy.
