Walking into the plane, Draco felt his head throb for a moment and it seemed as if he had just walked through a curtain of water. The feeling was so strange that Draco had to close his eyes.
When he opened his eyes, Draco was immediately surprised to notice that the plane's interior was huge! It was much larger than Draco thought would have been possible given the plane's size.
Noticing Draco's confusion, Amira said, "The plane is imbued with standard-grade spatial compression artifacts. This means that you can fit five times as many things into what would normally be a cramped room."
Looking around, Draco noticed that she was right! He didn't know what she was talking about, but the plane itself looked to be divided into four compartments.
There were two compartments to the left of the entrance, towards the back of the plane, and one compartment to the right, where the nose of the plane was.
The main compartment was the one in the middle of the plane, where the entrance was located. Standing in this main compartment and looking around, Draco could tell that the room was easily 50 feet long and around 30 feet wide.
The room itself looked to be luxuriously decorated, it had a comfortable white and gold carpet, gold trimmed walls, and a shining crystal ceiling.
The two compartments to the left were separated by doors, so Draco couldn't see what was in them, but he imagined they were just as luxurious.
Inside the main compartment there were comfortable chairs in the corners by the windows, a series of tables lining the walls, and a large circular bar in the center. Along the walls and above the tables were a number of huge televisions.
Since there were four chairs in each corner, and also seats at the tables and bar, Draco figured you could probably fit more than 30 people in here.
If Draco hadn't just walked through the door of the plane, he could have easily believed that he was in some high-class restaurant or bar.
Walking inside, Draco followed Amira to sit at a group of chairs towards the right, where the nose of the plane was.
Sitting down, Draco noticed that two of the white robed guards were going into the right compartment, which Draco guessed was the cockpit.
Looking to his left, he saw Muhammed walk up towards them.
"Draco was it? I don't know why you're coming with us." He stared at his sister curiously for a moment, then continued, "But now that we've settled down, I'm going to need that snow."
Draco finally remembered the only reason Muhammed let him follow them, and fished through his backpack for a moment before pulling out two rather larger baggies filled with white powder.
This was easily $600 worth of product, but Draco was handing it to Muhammed free of charge. After all, Draco was freeloading, and even intended to mooch off of his family in the future.
He had just discovered another gold mine, and this was what Draco called an investment.
"Of course, I imagine your buzz is dying off by now. We can't have that, can we?" Draco said with an enigmatic smile on his face as he handed the baggies to Muhammed.
"Indeed." Muhammed said, nodding his head happily as he happily received the bags and turned to walk off.
"Zahra, come with me." he said, motioning towards one of the guards still standing by the entrance.
Zahra nodded her head and followed him, before the two of them disappeared into one of the rooms on the left.
Looking through his backpack, Draco saw that he still had around 10 grams of c*caine left. He could sell that alone for more than $800.
When he counted the two ounces of devils lettuce and the large bag of pills at the bottom of his bag, he figured he had around $1,200 worth of total product remaining.
This wasn't even counting the $5,500 in cash that he currently had on him, stuffed into his pockets.
Draco noticed something at the very bottom of the bag. When Draco saw Shamus' familiar pistol, lying beneath all of his drugs, he realized that it no longer gave him any comfort.
'What good this pistol would do me now.' Draco thought to himself sarcastically as he moved some of his money into his backpack.
Draco noticed that the rest of the guards were now settling into the seats around the planes, and he turned to look at Amira.
"So, I've been meaning to ask you, where are we actually going?" he asked.
"We're going to our home palace, in Saudi Arabia." Amira said casually.
Draco was stunned hearing this, he had theorized that Amira and her brother belonged to a rather powerful family, but a strange look appeared on his face when he heard, 'palace'.
'If they live in a palace, doesn't that make them royalty?' Draco thought, finally connecting all the dots.
Although he already felt he knew the answer, Draco still asked, "What kind of family do you have?"
Hearing him, Amira laughed lightly, "You know, I thought you were never going to ask."
She continued after a moment, "Me and my brother are both members of the Khalid family, the ruling Dynasty of Saudi Arabia."
Draco shook his head and laughed, "Oh, so you're only a princess." he said, as if the revelation was no big deal at all.
Amira looked at him and smirked, "You know, you're taking this surprisingly well."
"Well, I'm certainly not surprised. Seeing how gorgeous you are, I would have been shocked if you weren't some princess from a powerful Dynasty." Draco said, a flirtatious look in his eyes.
When Amira heard this a slight flush passed through her cheeks, before she quickly regained her composure.
"Draco, not here! The Ḥāmin are watching!" she pouted quietly, her voice a whisper.
"Oh, not here, but somewhere else?" Draco asked, smirking.
However, Amira didn't say anything, and when he saw the pleading look in her eyes he relented.
"Okay, okay." he chuckled lightly, "I'm going to go ahead and get some shut-eye, wake me up when we're almost there." he finished.
Feeling the weight of everything he had experienced in the past hour or so, Draco's eyes felt incredibly heavy as he closed them. Leaning back into his chair, Draco fell asleep.
***
When Draco opened his eyes the first thing he noticed was that Amira was gone. When he looked around she was nowhere to be seen.
The next thing Draco noticed was the sound of what seemed like moaning. Focusing on the noise, Draco realized that it was coming from the room that Muhammed had gone into.
"I guess Muhammed and Zahra are making good use of that c*caine I gave them." Draco thought with a wry smile.
Looking over his right shoulder, he could see from the window that they were currently in the air, and that it was now day time wherever they were.
Draco could also see the clouds far below them. Draco had never flown before, so he didn't know what to expect, but looking down and seeing the sight of the entire world below him was simply mesmerizing.
Draco now regretted sleeping through so much of the flight, and completely missing the takeoff. He resolved himself to stay awake so he could see what the landing of a plane looked like.
Suddenly, Draco heard a whooshing noise and looked to his left to see one of the compartment doors slide open.
A figure walked out of the doorway, and Draco saw that they were dressed in eye-catching, silky black robes.
It looked as if a giant black blanket was thrown over the person's body. The only thing visible on their body was their eyes, which were left uncovered by a slit in the fabric.
'This person wasn't on the plane before.' Draco thought to himself.
Only when the person had walked closer to Draco did he notice that those eyes were brown, and strikingly familiar.
"Amira?" Draco asked, surprised.
Amira nodded her head, and then moved to sit back down in her seat.
"Why are you wearing that?" Draco asked, curious.
Amira sighed beneath her robes and said, "This is a burqa. It is traditional clothing women are required to wear in my country."
Draco thought he saw a flash of indignance in her eyes when she said this, but he couldn't be sure.
"You seem like you don't really want to wear it." Draco said after a moment.
Amira shook her head, causing the fabric covering her to swish around, "It matters not what I do or do not want. Father has decreed that even members of the royal family are not exempt from this requirement, so this is how I must dress when visiting my home country."
Draco could tell she didn't really want to talk more about the topic, so he changed the subject.
"So, are Muhammed and Zahra in a relationship?" Draco asked without any tact.
Amira looked towards Muhammed's room, and Draco saw what was clearly disdain in her eyes, "No, Muhammed is just scum who takes advantage of women." she said after a long moment.
Seeing Draco's confused face, she continued, "Zahra is a Ḥāmin, that means since birth she was tasked with serving the royal family with both her body and soul."
Draco saw where she was going with this, and said, "Wait, don't tell me.."
Amira nodded her head, "That is one of the duties of the Ḥāmin. Although Zahra might not mind serving her master like this, the truth of the matter is she is just a servant and has no choice."
"The Ḥāmin are forbidden to even speak without permission, so there is no way she has chosen to do that of her own volition." she continued darkly.
Hearing this, a strange look passed over Draco's face as he began to see Muhammed in a different light.
"I didn't take him to be that kind of bastard." Draco said after a while.
Amira just shook her head, "This is why I told you to stay in Las Vegas. Things of this manner are commonplace in my family, so if you can't handle it then just don't say anything."
Draco was starting to wonder what kind of relationship Amira had with the rest of her family, but said nothing as he once again looked out the window.
Through the window, Draco saw that there was now land below them, and it was steadily increasing in size as they got closer to the ground.
A few minutes later, Draco saw that they were approaching an airfield, and off to the distance behind the airfield was a stunning sight.
A towering white and gold palace stood off in the distance, and Draco soon realized that he was looking at the Royal Palace of Saudi Arabia.
