Libya Constructs

As Draco laid in the bed with the two girls he ran his hands through their hair.

"Hey Snow, I'm curious about something. You don't feel strange about sharing your man with a different woman?" Draco asked.

Snow chuckled when she heard that, "To be honest, it kinda turns me on. Besides, it wouldn't be fair for me to mess with Hana and not let you in on it."

Draco laughed, "Sharing is caring after all."

Snow nestled her head into Draco's chest and purred, "I know you're not a bad guy Draco. Based on what Hana was telling me, that messed up prince would have killed a lot more people if he was still around."

She continued, "I'm not mad at you anymore, I understand you had to do something bad to accomplish something good."

Draco smiled lightly as he rubbed Hana's hair, "I guess I have you to thank for making her realize that."

"I merely spoke the truth, my lord." Hana replied.

Draco smirked, "Regardless, thank you. Also, our powered forces will be expanding soon. I want to entrust you with training them in your ways."

Hana's eyes widened, "Train them as assassins? My lord, the training I went through was cruel, my lord. Most of the people who underwent it died."

"If they can't make it then we will assign them to less important positions, but it still has to be done. Having a regiment of assassins would make us much safer." Draco replied.

"I understand, master. It shall be done." said Hana.

After that short conversation, the trio cuddled for a few more minutes before Draco got up from the bed.

He got changed back into his robes and left the residence, heading over to check on the rest of his forces.

Draco stopped to check in with the scientists first. He walked into the science lab and found Amber and a few of the other scientists running experiments on a piece of strange equipment.

The equipment was so big that it was several meters long, and it looked like some kind of 3D printer. At the center of the device was a large chamber that currently held a ball of blue energy within it.

This energy radiated an intense pressure, and Draco didn't understand what the device was doing with it.

Draco walked over towards Amber to ask her about it, "What is this thing?" he asked.

Amber was evidently excited to talk about it, "This is a device for harvesting the kinetic potential of artifacts."

Draco didn't know what that even meant, but luckily she continued with an explanation.

"The device was previously loaded up with an artifact, and we've already done the harvesting of the artifact's power. You see that bundle of energy in there? That can be used to power an entire neighborhood."

Draco was starting to understand how significant such a device was.

"Incredible. We should definitely get one of those for when we set up our facilities. I happen to have an abundance of artifacts we could throw in it." said Draco.

Amber grinned widely when she heard that, "Awesome! I can't wait."

"Alright, I'm going to go check in on my soldiers. Make sure you make that list of the equipment you want me to purchase. I'm going to have to place an order for them."

"Will do! I'll get that list for you ASAP." Amber said.

After this, Draco left the science lab to head towards the palace's training hall.

Once he was there he saw that his troops were engaged in sparring drills. Just based on the way they were moving, Draco could tell they had improved a lot in the past week.

His soldiers executed martial arts techniques as they threw each other to the ground with resounding thuds. Hamza in particular looked like an unstoppable force, he stood two heads taller than the rest of his men and was essentially a giant.

Draco didn't want to interrupt their training, so he left the training hall to attend to other matters.

Since the equipment needed for progenitor serum production was going to be finished soon, Draco wanted to get started in acquiring facilities to put the equipment.

He hadn't decided if he would purchase a location or have something built, but he wanted to get the process started.

Draco was still obscenely rich, so he figured that having somewhere built would be the most beneficial. He also didn't want to have his facility located in a major city, for he didn't want any prying eyes interfering with his operations.

Draco left the palace through the throne room and promptly lifted off into the skies.

He flew above Benghazi while looking below him with the vision of an eagle. Draco wanted to find something that resembled a construction company or even some type of leasing agency.

It only took him a few minutes though before he spotted a billboard next to one of the city's main roads.

The billboard read, 'Libya Constructs LLC.. The #1 Construction Agency in all of Libya.'

'Interesting.' Draco thought, seeing that the business' headquarters were within Benghazi.

He floated up into the sky and looked at some of the city's skyscrapers, quickly spotting one of them with a logo that resembled the construction company's.

Draco cut off his boots and flew directly for it. It took him just a minute to arrive in the street ahead of the skyscraper, and he touched down on the busy road.

Cars honked at him as he walked through the road, but Draco paid no mind as he entered the skyscraper in front of him.

Draco saw that the building's lobby was vast and opulent, and it reminded him of the hotel lobbies back in Las Vegas.

'They must be bringing in good money to have a lobby like this.' Draco thought, walking up to one of the five receptionists in the lobby.

The receptionist was a blonde european-looking female, a stark contrast to the other black haired middle eastern receptionists.

"Good afternoon, sir." she said respectfully, in an accent that sounded almost Australian.

 "Another foreigner, eh?" Draco responded.

The blonde girl laughed lightly, "We are certainly a minority here. Well, what can I do for you, sir?"

Draco smiled, "I need to speak with some representative. Somebody already here that gets things done."

The receptionist looked confused, "Sir, do you have an appointment with someone?"

Draco chuckled as he shook his head, "No appointment, but I shouldn't need one."

He then pulled out a golden token, a token that bore the family sigil of the Libyan royal family. It looked like a normal golden coin at first, but when the receptionist looked closer their eyes widened in shock.

"H-how?! Pardon my presumption, my lord. I'll inform my superiors of your appearance immediately." she said, her words panicked.

Draco laughed, "No need to be so formal, I'm nobody to be afraid of." he lied.

Draco was definitely someone the average human should fear, but for the time being he had no ill intentions against this woman.

After the receptionists recognized Draco's seal, she hurriedly picked up the phone on her desk and called an unknown number.

When the phone answered she began to communicate in an Arabic language. She was evidently fluent, and Draco had no idea what they were saying.

However, the receptionist's tone bellied a sense of urgency. After getting off the phone she quickly came from the back of her desk and led Draco towards a set of elevators at the end of the lobby.

"Right this way, my lord. I was instructed to personally bring you to the top floor. All of the company leadership are currently in a meeting, so they want to see what business the royal family has with them." informed the receptionist.

"Okay cool, and what's your name?" Draco asked with a sly smile.

"You can call me Sandra, my lord." she said, bowing her head.

"My name is Draco, and what did I say about being so formal." Draco replied.

Sandra giggled, "My apologies." She said, leading Draco into the elevator.

The elevator looked sleek and new, and it had a glass window on the back of it overlooking the city below. Once inside, Sandra pressed a button that had the number 40 on it, and the elevator began to ascend towards the top floor.

As the elevator went up, Draco watched the city from the window.

"Benghazi is quite a beautiful city, isn't it?" asked Sandra.

"It really is. I'm pretty used to seeing the city from high up, but it never gets old." said Draco.

Sandra likely thought that Draco was talking about views from a skyscraper, having no idea that this seemingly normal man in green robes commonly flew through the skies like an eagle.

The elevator was rather fast, so in just a minute it arrived on the 40th floor.

When the elevator doors opened Draco was greeted with another lobby. On the end of the lobby was a long hallway, and in that hallway stood a large conference room.

The conference room's walls were entirely made out of glass, allowing Draco to see the half a dozen business executives sitting across a large table in the middle of the room. Twice as many assistants stood or sat along the edges of the room, taking notes as their superiors talked.

They were going over various graphs and charts on a screen at the end of the room, and when Sandra led him through the door all of their eyes went to them.

Sandra introduced Draco in Arabic, and then slightly bowed her head as she retreated from the room.

One of the leading executives at the end of the table stood up from his seat and addressed Draco.

"What brings an esteemed member of the royal family to our humble business?" the executive asked.
