Discipline Employees 2

Mark and Michael who were also in the room made a metal note to remember, on how Alex handled himself in this situation. Mark was a little displeased by the current situation as Gray was still his older brother.

Hence, he wasn't too happy by the way Alex spoke to him, but he himself had also tried many times to tell his brother that he would get in trouble for this.

However, Gray himself just said that; 'They'd just clean up before, Alex came back, and that it was good to have a bit of fun while they could.' Mark himself had talked to his father about this.

But, his father told him that he should just follow Alex instructions. Explaining that life isn't easy and that his brother might have forgotten about his own struggles now.

Mark knew that Gray, had a bad time trying to break into the gaming industry. His dad never stop him because like he said; 'Only when one goes through hard times does a boy become a man.'

His father explain to him as such, and told him to learn from, Alex as much as he could. Hence, why he hadn't warned Gray about Alex return, when Gray asked him to.

After Alex asked his question the two remained silent even though they knew the answer. Eventually Marvin spoke up as the silence continued. "Because we're the two who live and work in the apartment full time."

"Meaning?"

"Meaning we bear the most responsibility in taking care of the place in your stead." Spoke Gray in a loud and calm voice at Alex question, after regaining his nerves back.

Understood he had made a mistake, he knew that he's father most likely told his younger brother not to warned him about Alex return. His father always emphasized on learning from onces mistakes, he wouldn't interfere unless it was something very serious and harmful.

"I would like to say, let's live it at that and move on however, that can't be done. " Spoke Alex with a heavy tone standing up from his chair. "Follow me." Everyone in the room followed Alex without asking questions.

Arriving downstairs every one there looked at the five of them, who just came downstairs somewhere a little more nervous than others. The living room and kitchen area looked clean, with a few wet stains that were yet to dry. Looking around Alex spoke to everyone there in a loud and clear tone.

" Alright, everyone listen here, after careful consideration I have decided to give you all a light punishment for breaking the rules. Firstly Gray and Marvin will be held the most accountable for allowing this sort of things to persist while I wasn't here. And have failed in their roles, their punishment was to be no longer allowed to live in the apartment. " Before Alex could clarify his words the room want into a murmer.

Hearing those words many where shock by this it as it was a very serious privilege to lose. Unlike the rest of them who stayed in cheap shabby hotels that they payed for themselves to stay in.

Most of them also had to pay for cab fare everyday to get here which wasn't a lot, but compared to Gray and Marvin who lived here rent free and didn't have to pay cab fare to get here.

And not to mention that they didn't have too pay for their own meals from Monday to Friday's. Basically the two of them had more money to spend even though, everyone nearly got the same salary currently.

Both Marvin and Gray felt a tinge of pain in their hearts after being hearing that they would no longer be staying here.

Previously when Alex had spoken about, wanting people to stay here most of them didn't think too much of it. However, after experiencing the benefits they realized how much of a privilege it was.

After the murmuring want down after a while Alex spoke again, this was to show everyone that he wasn't a pushover. And that there were consequences to breaking the rules.

" Now, second is that the company will no longer pay for your meals while working here." However, before Alex could finish speaking the murmuring began again.

Alex didn't want to continue this so spoke loudly before things want awry. "This is only for the next three weeks until than all of you will be paying for your on meals. Out of your own paycheck. "

Alex didn't mention the fact that he planned to hire a full-time cook and cleaner for them. Alex's had long since called and spoke with his father about, the current circumstances and his plans to deal with them which his father thankfully approved.

The murmuring continued for sometime before finally settling down. Looking across the room both at every one, especially the new faces that Alex hadn't seen before. Before sighing once more in his heart.

" However, the first option was dropped for the those who weren't carefully listening to my words." Spoke Alex turning back to look at Marvin and Gray.

Alex wanted to actually to pick from the rest of the team to move into the apartment complex previously. As robbery in their area is a thing, so they couldn't leave the apartment empty for a long time.

Hearing this Marvin and Gray became confused at Alex words now. Alex father disagreed with his actions about pushing Marvin and Gray out of the apartment just for this. Looking at the two Alex explained the situation two the of them carefully.

" My father disapproved of forcing the two of you out right away, so from now on the two of you can consider yourself on probation. I won't allow the two of you break the same rules twice. When the three of us aren't here we expect the two of you to lead the other on our behalf."

Hearing those words Gray and Marvin both nodded their heads in the affirmation relieved in their hearts.

" You should thank my father whenever either of you see him." Both nodded at Alex words making sure too not make the same mistake in their hearts.

" And for the rest please remember this is a registered company and your all our employees, and this isn't your house where you don't have to worry about making a huge mess. This my not be a fancy office building, but treat it like one and if you think that your not suited for this places, you may speak to me anytime."

Looking around Alex could tell he got his point across. Pausing he's sight on the newcomers he decided to say a few words for them.

" I would like to apologize to the rest of the newly joined members, this isn't how I would have liked to meet all you here. And I hope that you don't take anything to heart today please." Alex, decided to end things here.

He didn't want to worse'n his image the newcomers eyes in the work shop further. It's better to just slowly get too know each other overtime and build on that going forward.
