Chapter 157 - Easy picking

Ryuu feigns ignorance for the longest time, however, his perception of someone's view was like an open book to him after acquiring the [ Pure Byakugan ] seeing through every lie which include their emotion and views towards him. Though he tried to minimize having more women and always tries to lie to himself yet understood that it would be fatal to leave the woman whose fate was to be with the pervert red dragon. 

His intuition told him that he needed to have those main women into his harem or something dire was about to happen. Ryuu couldn't deny that he's interested in having them in his harem but he feared that they'll just be put aside the more women he gains. However, he couldn't shake the feeling that it fated to be with them as if his [ Harem Protagonist Luck ] was able to detect his soulmate as cheesy as it soundsY. 

He could be a simp and beta or be an alpha and Chad towards this woman who deserves some love and guidance. Ryuu eventually gave up the years spent with his lover who constantly told him about his fate to have more women. Though, it wasn't his intention to request a duel with Raiser as it was just personal yet an interest to absorb his phoenix ability. 

He felt slightly guilty in having a harem in the first place but with each passing year his view on the matter changed, realizing time is irrelevant when they could leave for numerous years without aging or dying. With this change in mind, Ryuu aims to do things his way without holding back himself anymore.

Rias who heard it felt both happy yet damaged her pride as she was determined to one stop her engagement. However, she could say anything, feeling her heart fluttering to see him offer his assistant. 

"Why would you ask for that?"

Sirzechs wanted his intention to help Rias when she's relatively progressing training at a frightening rate thanks to her [ Precise Mana control ]. Her peerages had been training diligently for the past summer break and could see their chances of winning against Raiser had increased significantly than before. 

"Well, I believe by doing so would place the blame on me for ruining their engagement. That would allow your clan to not feel any responsibility from breaking the agreement and can pin the blame to me. I can pose as her boyfriend if she is alright with that?"

His words caused a wide array of emotions to flow through Sirzechs head while his good friend, Serafall giggled seeing her friend's reaction before turning back to Ryuu who remained indifferent and felt drawn under his gaze. 

'I wonder how he looks in a magical outfit?'

Answer. He joined the dancing rehearsal of Kanako, a reincarnator from Death verse within Origin Planet to Lambda and had joined Vandalize in his faction that soon became his fiancee and introduced idol entertainment. She became a [ Entertainment Guider ] along the way. 

Putting that aside, Ryuu wasn't strange wearing those frilly outfits but rarely do it since who in their right mind would want to wear it? But he couldn't deny it was a fun and memorable moment.

Ryuu noticed her gaze and gave a small smile smiting the magical girl devil king imagining how he would look like as a magical girl. It fortunate that he prefer not appearing androgynous and just have pretty boy look. Meanwhile, Rias heart skipped a bit from Ryuu's suggestion to be her boyfriend and wouldn't want anyone else.

Those months of chatting always gave her the attention she needed and let out some steam when she stressed out. Rias had been far too intimate with Ryuu from the beginning and wanted him to be her boyfriend even if he already had lovers. Strangely, she doesn't feel bothered by it. 

Ryuu aims to have most of the main cast and even Grayfia who he found out was not Sirzechs wife from Rias. He also learned that her father and mother aren't on good terms with each other which is good to get venelana. 

"You're quite bold Ryuu-chan! Do you really want to be held responsible for ruining two great devil family engagements?"

"Like they can do anything against me?"

Ryuu's soul is spread across his soul and can easily revive himself even if the last scrap of his wound was obliterated by Sirzechs Power of destruction and Zekram, the first  head of Bael could hope to defeat him. He's not even aiming to be affiliated with the devil faction and only those women that he's interested in. 

Devil society is as corrupt as those Old Satan factions only hiding behind a facade wishing to be on top of the food chain. Putting that aside, they'll eventually come to know Ryuu and the benefits of having him by their side. 

"....as long Ria-tan agrees then I'll allow it.x

Seeing that it was true that they'll be able to escape some problem if Ryuu were the one that they focus their hatred on. By doing so, their clan wouldn't gain a bad reputation of the engagement being ruined by Rias. Furthermore, it was clear how his sister had feelings for him and was more responsible for her sudden maturity than before..    

"I-I don't mind…but what are you doing this? You know I can handle it by myself."

Rias stuttered, feeling anxious that Ryuu was willing to go to the trouble of taking responsibility. She couldn't find the reason for why he was going to such length for her. Ryuu only shrugged it off having little meaning to him to be the enemy of the devil faction and if they dared come then he wouldn't hesitate starting a holy war. 

"You're a great woman and you'll accomplish great things. I don't intend to sully your hard work by helping you. However, my aim also benefits me in the future. Also you're my friend or well, I guess boyfriend?"

Sirzechs saw her little blushed and couldn't help but chuckle, having his intuition telling him that he was a trustworthy person to entrust his beloved sister. Rias didn't know what to say after his words and just stood still for a moment. 

After a while, their meeting had ended with the four Great Maou having a tight schedule in trying to prepare for battle and plans for a peace treaty. Grayfia guided them back to the human world while glancing towards Ryuu and Lucifer since this is the first eventful thing she had in a long time. She left to return by Sirzechs side leaving them to Rias temporary home. 

"Then we'll meet at Kuoh academy then." 

"....Ryuu can I talk to you for a moment?"

"Sure, wait here for a moment, Luci."

"Just make this quick as I'm not fond of waiting."

Ryuu followed her in a private room and once they were alone was taken aback when she gave him a passionate kiss much to his surprise but wholeheartedly accepted. Who in their right would reject a kiss from a beautiful woman like Rias.

The crimson haired girl was surprised by his tongue assaulting her own, releasing a light moan from his touch. Once their lips departed stared at each other moment leaving trail in the process. She blushed realizing her action and tried to push him away but was held by Ryuu wrapping his hand around his waist. 

"Why are you leaving after doing something like that?? Tell me why did you do that?"

"I-I…..I want to be your real girlfriend."

"Is that all? Then I don't mind having a woman like you, Rias. However, are you about your decision?"

Rias contemplated and recalled the time she waited in anticipation for the opportunity to chat with him and things they've shared has made them extremely close. She looked at him once more and wrapped herself around him since he was giving her the chance to decide. 

"Yes, you're the one who helped change who I am from a spoiled princess to where I am today."

"No, I only did was a li-"

"You always tell me that but it's just the truth. And that's why I want to be by your side and see how things goes."

"Are you two done with your drama? In my world there's cheesy world like that since you want to fuck you just fuck."

The two turned to see Lucifer twirling a wine while the sweatdrop at her bluntless. Soon enough the two decided to be in a relationship and gave access to the [ Job system ].
