My parents would be arriving tomorrow morning which meant today was the last day of the little bit of freedom I had. I tried to spend as much time with Asa as possible and I believed my efforts were finally paying off. She had become more comfortable with me and our morning drives together were becoming livelier.

We would sing together to whatever song was playing on the radio. We had breakfast together if she had time to spare and I picked her up from school. I had even started teaching her how to drive and even though the first time was a near death experience she had become better within a few days.

I had realized in order to earn her trust I had to teach her something. I often updated her on the economy and what I did in parliament. I knew everything when it came to economics and business because I had started learning about it from the moment I started high school. All I needed was a degree to validate me.
