Until the King's Death

King Adonis 

I let out a deep breath and rolled my shoulders back as I stared at the metallic door in front of me. Whatever was going to be discussed within the next minutes or hours could possibly change my life and the things I thought I knew forever. 

Yet there was no way to avoid it. 

With a quick shake to my head, I held the cold metallic door handle, turned it and entered the small four by four meter room. 

Asa looked up unsuspectingly but when her eyes landed on me, it instantly looked like she had seen a ghost. Her almond skin paled and her lips parted in a silent gasp. "Gordon," she whispered. 

I smiled sympathetically as I shook my head, "I am King Adonis of Kommos, Gordon's son."

"Oh," she shook her head and stood up to curtsy, "my apologies my King. You look so much like your father for a moment…"
