"How did you entertain this Mama? How could you?" I sobbed as I wrapped my arms around myself. King Adonis looked at me with a concerned expression before he looked at my mother with a judgmental one.

"It wasn't anything like that Ezra," she cried, "Your father and I met when we were still teenagers. We were supposed to get married but we couldn't and in order for him to become King he had to marry the person his father wanted."
