Ezekiel

"Well I guess I was a bit rude too," Ezra smiled softly before he let out a sigh then rested his head on my shoulder, "I'm just used to being alone."

"I know," I wrapped my arms around him tightly and pulled him closer to me, "I don't have the greatest experience with relationships but I want to make it special for you."

"You already have when you're not panicking," he indicated to the self made bouquet of roses I had made today. The first bouquet I had gotten for him at the castle today and the second I had made from the rose bushes outside of my house rested in a small round glass vase with water.

I almost wanted to chuckle when I thought about how I must have looked picking roses outside. I was never wistful or even batted an eye twice when I saw flowers in the garden. Lucy did not necessarily like flowers since she found it a waste that they would die.
