The closer the morning Drew the more the lonely silent compound was isolated from the dark. A cracking sound of a heavy metallic gate being howled open by two men twice the size of the hugest bouncer at your local club shook the fragile surveillance tower.
The gate opened into a narrow driveway with broken bottles, a parking space and a stairway that led to the upper rooms. From the castle two men stood unbothered by the movements beneath. Everyone panicked when William spoke, including the old man who had been throwing glances at the motionless girl in the bonnet since he drove in.
"Get yourself to work Caleb"
Williams shouted to a man who stepped down from the stairway hurriedly putting on a white lab coat and rushing to the car.
"Make sure she is stable before dawn."
He added.
She was pale and helpless. Her head sunk in her long hair like it would in a pillow and she seemed to be in a deep sleep. The slow but steady breathing in and out and the movement in her bosom were all you needed to know that she was still hanging on to life.
Two men held her feet while another supported the fragile neck she had given up control of. Half her thighs were visible thanks to the short pink dress she had chosen for the party. Richard, the friend whose party ended this bad, had written a pretty strict dress code to the invited, and that's how Liana ended in a tight ass-hugging tube for an outfit. It was a nice choice for the party but not in front of cold strange men who couldn't seem to hide their desire to rip them off her body.

"Where am I? Why are we here?"
Liana was confused. The morning rays of the sun were slowly replacing the darkness. When she regained her consciousness, she was sandwiched between two men, the same guys who had howled the gate open effortlessly. She was seated on a rocking chair and her hands strapped in a seal against the armrest.
Her clothes were dumped from profuse sweating in the suffocated room she had been bundled into for the night. Her hair was a mess with strands of it touching her dry peeling lips and the straps in the back of her blouse had been slit open, exposing her flawless chocolate skin.
"Hey Doctor Liana. I am sorry we have to do it this way. Believe me I wish I had an option that doesn't involve you at all."
The man who had picked her from the party spoke between sips from a glass of wine he was carrying with so much expertise. She snorted.
"What do you want from me?"
She struggled to pull her hands free, but the two men tightened the seals instead. He spoke again.
"Hey you don't have to hurt yourself doing that. I will let you go home."
He drew closer, blew a cloud of smoke into her face, and bent to her height. She chuckled and coughed the smoke away. She looked calm but slothful. He added.
"But you have to do something for me first."
He snapped his fingers to the man in a white lab coat. The man stepped in between them, carrying a rack of laboratory test tubes. The items were dipped in a freezer with the type of vapors any freezers emit. He didn't say a word.
"This is all you have to do and both of us will leave here happy."
She interrupts in shock.
"I can't believe I trusted you"
"That's all in the past Liana. Right now you are tied up in a dark room right in the middle of nowhere and the only thing that matters to us is how to get you out of here safe. Are you in?"
He said something in a native language and a dark guy varnished into the dark with so much urgency.
"Your leave is ending in a couple of days. You will be back to the hospital but under a new department."
She interrupted curiously. Like something wasn't adding up.
"How do you know that?"
"That's none of your business."
He gestured the two men sandwiching her to step away, and they too vanish into the darkroom, leaving just him and the man in white who would turn out to be a doctor as her company.
"You will be in the laboratory Department. That's why we find you so helpful."
He drew the samples closer to her face. She looked incuriously.
"There are blood samples from the Criminal investigation Department Headquarters sent to your hospital for DNA tests. You will have to bring them to us and put these in their place. Simple."
She protested defiantly
"How am I supposed to do that? You know how unprofessional what you are asking of me is"
"Dr. Liana this is the only way to buy your freedom. You really don't have a choice"
The doctor disappeared into the room annexing them. She gets furious and irritated.
"What if I don't do it? Will you shoot me in cold blood?"
"Is that what you wish for? Look at you, beautiful, charming… Do you really want to die here like a dog?"
He called out to the darkroom and one man made a return carrying an electronic, a wide foldable tablet held on two palms.
"And just to tell you how serious this is. All these men you see deified my orders."
He took her through pictures of men lying in cold blood.
She still interrupted defiantly.
"I've seen enough of that. I am a surgical resident."
He laughed hysterically then let his cigarette drop to his feet and stepped on it with heavy military boots. He yelled jubilantly.
"Those guys are not people you can fix. They are dead Liana. Or perhaps this will make you think more of the task ahead of you."
He shows her a short clip of a terrified girl locked in some room she can't figure out. She suddenly gets uncontrollably mad.
"That's Sofi! That's my daughter Sofi. Don't do anything to her I beg of you. Please don't lay a hand on her please."
He smiles cynically then gestures to the doctor to free her straps.
"You know what to do. We are going to watch everything you do. You call the police or tell anyone about this, she dies. And you die. Someone will drive you home."
"This is nothing close to a good time! You are a jerk!"
She shouted at him as he walked out unbothered. The man in lab coat stayed a while longer looking at her then left.
