Her childish lover

When she was done painting her face, soon after the party started and his guest arrived, his guest weren't like thousands as she had expected. 


Lucy stayed in the midst of some ladies taking a sip of the drink she had with her and also looking around. Just then, Daniel called everyone's attention, with that all his guest stood up from their seats and sang him a birthday song. It was so blissful to watch everyone celebrate him but still he wanted his parents to be around to at least ask why he didn't make the party a very grand one. 


He was a hotspot anyway, he should be able to afford such big party but he didn't. Lucy noticed that his gaze was on her the whole time, with this smile on his face. 


So then, his two best friends joined him and said a few words about him, made some jokes that rippled the laughter inside everyone. Lucy couldn't believe Eric could make jokes like that. She stared at him the whole time but it seemed like he haven't seen her or noticed her presence.
