Kane

Kane opens the blue box as the white spots shone brightly.

"I must do this." He assured himself without feeling any better about it.

The box yawned open as Kane's breathing became uneven.

A pair of gloves were kept in the box, the gloves were robotic and silver in colour.

"Well there's no harm in trying, right?" He asked himself.

Without wasting any more time, he slipped his hands in the gloves.

[ Legendary power obtained]

"Time to jump." He said with his fingers curled into a fist.

Kelvin felt uneasy, the temperature here was extremely low and more and more strange creatures kept walking in and out of the temple.

"I think it's time to introduce myself." The winged lady glanced at Kelvin who paused.

"Yeah." Kelvin agreed.

A chuckle before the formal blunt expression returns, "My name is Lilly."

"Good name." Kelvin responded with his hands clasped together.

"New fighter has arrived."

Thud! Thud!

A huge giant walked into the temple grounds,

"Humph!" He snorts with his head high.

Lily frowned,

"That's the champion of the demons."

Kelvin shivers,

"Am I going to fight that?"

A cough, " Maybe?"

"Ohhh no."

Sandra was lying flat on the floor which was tainted bloodred, David lay at the center of a massive crater while Cat, Headhunter and Strong were knocked out cold.

"Ha, Ha, Hahahaha!!!" Vegas laughed madly as he had just beaten David up.

Electro eyes turned blue as his hair colour changed to match that of his eyes.

Vegas watches Electro, "Little one, there's no need for bloodshed, come with me and all this will be over."

Electro shook his head fiercely as he was being shrouded in supreme energy, "Never! I will never go with you!" Electro's hand sparked as he was now clad in a robotic armor.

"Then prepare to die with this world!" Vegas roared as he charges.

"As Sandra said, 'IN YOUR DREAMS!' " Electro lunges.

Kane was busy mediating as a peculiar energy rose around him.

"Kane, the tournament will begin now, their champion has arrived." His mother reports from behind as Kane exhales.

"I've got it covered Mom, I can do this."

Kane smiled comfortingly as his mother beamed, "Don't worry, I'll be careful."

"Go get dressed." His mother points to a drawer filled with quality clothing and armour.

Kane walked out of the room clad in a black suit with a sheathed sword strapped to his back and the robotic gloves worn, His golden hair fluttered in the wind as he marched towards the temple,

"Okay, It's time to get going." He spreads his arms as in the blink of an eye he leaped into the air."

Kelvin cracked his knuckles as he studies the tournament arenas,

"Yikes!" He yelled as his eyes fell on a arena secluded from the rest.

The arena floors had spikes protruding from them pointing menacingly upwards with a glint of death on their edge which shone a metallic light.

"One push, Either the spikes kill you...Or you fall to your doom, not good." Kelvin breaths in the temple air, "At least the air here is habitable." Kelvin smiled, "I'm gonna die happy."

Guards guarded the doors and windows, as the contestants gathered in a hall protected with runes from top to bottom.

"Contestants of the Shinak Tournament, welcome to the Temple of Reality."

Murmurs filled the hall as Kane spots Kelvin in the crowd.

"The winner of the tournament will be rewarded with the famed dragon stone and be blessed with a system."

The murmurs intensified as Kelvin glanced at Lilly who shook her head.

"Take your stances! The first fight before the tournament begins now!"

Kelvin became alert as he watched everyone carefully, Anyone is his enemy now, There's no turning back.
