"Where are we, mom?" asks a 4-year old Eric.
"At aunt Jennifer's place. Do you remember meeting her on your birthday last year?"
Eric looks blankly at his mom and shakes his head. "I don't remember…"
"Jen? We've arrived," says Eleanor over the phone. "This is going to be your home for the next few months, until we find a new one."
"What about the previous one?"
"We can't stay there, Eric."
"But I had all my favourite toys and decorations there…"
"Don't worry. I've brought every single thing you've owned. We will make your new home just like that." Eleanor gets out of the cab to be welcomed by Jennifer.
"Finally, you're here! I'm so relieved."
"Thank you so much Jen, for your help and support. I don't know what I would've done without you."
Eric looks up the house to find a little girl watching them through the window. He smiles knowing that he will have company.
