chapter 36

"do you know how boring this is," I yelled to Kronos in his full form?

"puny mortal why can't you just die," he slams his fist into the ground where I once was.

"Have you grown so old you can't even hit a demigod," I teased as I ran up his arm and punched him in his jaw?

he fell to the floor and let out a roar that even hades could hear, and he was far away.

I stopped and raised my head looking in the direction of camp Jupiter. it seemed like Percy was already on his quest.

it seemed like my time with Kronos was coming to an end, and you know what, I was kind of sad.

I had been fighting him nonstop for almost a year and I was going to miss this.

so I began pushing harder because once Percy drops into Tartarus then it'll be my time to leave.

I had to replace my heels a couple of times because they kept breaking. so I made some unbreakable ones.

since the giants were rising I decided to end Kronos right here and now.

"I enjoyed our little scuffle," I said as I slashed at him with my fingers.

immediately it was like he got cut from millions of lasers, and his body would eventually be lost in chaos.

I turned towards the nearest monster and pushed my hand through its chest and began my slaughter of the remaining monsters while killing them in the most brutal ways possible.

hell, when I'm done with them they will have major PTSD.

....

have you ever seen a drunk demigod walk around Tartarus? no?

well normally it would have been fine, but this demigod had homicidal tendencies.

now you may be asking "why is she drunk". well, there is a simple answer to that.

she was waiting for Percy and Annabeth to drop down in 10 minutes from the Athena Parthenos.

now she hasn't seen her brother in over a year, and to be honest it got lonely. from my seat, I looked up at the "roof" of Tartarus and saw the roof finally collapse.

'welcome brother,' I thought as I watched him and Annabeth fall.

with the disappearance of Alice shit went downhill very fast. Zeus began picking up his bad habits now that she was gone, Hera's plan had to be improvised, Hestia began getting upset because she kept her waiting for 5,843 hours, 42 minutes, and 43 seconds from when she fell in the hole.

Percy probably had it the worse, he had to watch Alice fall with his own eyes, and he thought that she had... no, he knew she was still alive.

Artemis... well she was the second person to take it the hardest... after Sally.

when she found an interesting hobby it was taken away from her and that made her mad. so mad that she refused to take off the tuxedo that Alice had made for a whole month before she had to switch to another one.

Nico and Bianca had lost their cool... aunt you could say. she always visited the underworld and the hunt when she could, but whenever she was there it would always be a blast.

like that time when she changed hades' hair pink, or when she pranked Artemis with a little... wardrobe change.

needless to say, Nico had just lost another one of his cousins/uncles when he fell into Tartarus.

he knew something was down in the pit... something familiar. his father talked about how there has been a commotion these past months with Tartarus.

'could it be,' Nico's eyes widened?

if it's true then that would mean that Percy and Annabeth were going to be safe, now all he needed to do was make it to the house of hades with the crew.

"back to the ship now," shouted Nico.

Gaia meanwhile was happy about this. now that "she" was gone she had a chance. chaos knows what "she" will do if she was outside of Tartarus.

it was taking everything the primordials had to keep her there for as long as they could, however, something told Gaia that she wanted to stay there.

whether that was true she didn't care, but she needed the demigod's blood to fully revive.

meanwhile, the Romans were getting cake thrown in their faces... mainly Octavian.
