Chapter – 40 (Dungeon (Part 1))

At this time, Primis reached the Babel Tower and entered. He kept on walking while ignoring everyone since no one could sense his presence anyway. Before the entrance of the dungeon, there was Guild area where adventurers can exchange the Magic stones, they collected from killing monsters.

Primis walked past it since with Twilight, he had no issue of money. Another reason was that rather than exchanging stones here, he preferred to do it in Guild where he could spend some quality time with Eina.

The entrance to the dungeon was on the ground floor of Babel. In the center of a big room there was a ten-meter-long hole that led deep underground. Within the circular room were multiple columns at equal intervals and above was a beautiful azure painting of the sky that resembled the real sky. Along the circle were gentle stairs that spiral down into the dungeon.

Dungeon was divided into 4 Floors.

Upper Floors. They consisted of the 1st-12th Floors. These floors were perfectly suitable for adventurers who had just started their exploration journey. Level 1 adventurers were recommended to explore here.

Middle Floors. They consisted of the 13th-24th Floors. Even with a large party it was difficult to explore the region with only Level 2 adventurers. It was also very difficult for Level 3 adventurers to solo this region. Adventurers were recommended to have above average Level 2 status and Abnormal Resistance development ability to explore the region. The standard for 24th Floor was Level 2 with basic abilities of at least C.

Lower Floors. They consisted of the 25th-36th Floors. The standard for adventurers exploring the Lower Floors was Level 3 since the region was filled with monsters that Level 2 adventurers could barely handle, and the terrain was more difficult than in the floors above. Starting from the 30th Floor, the floors were swarmed with monsters that were impossible for Level 2 adventurers to kill. Even a Level 4 Adventurer required a powerful magic weapon to reach the 30th Floor alone.

Deep Floors. From 37th Floor all were Deep Floors. The 39th Floor was a safety point. The 44th Floor looked like an area inside a volcano. 50th Floor was another safety point where no monsters were born, however, just like the 18th Floor, monsters could come to the floor from above or below. These Floors minimum requirement was the party of Level 5 Adventurers.

As Primis was going down he saw many Adventurers along the way. All were full equipped with Armors and weapons. They all were in the party. He rarely saw any Solo Adventurer like him.

'Primis: Let's see. Upper Floors for Level 1 Adventurers. Middle Floors for Level 2 Adventurers. Lower Floors for Level 3 and Level 4 Adventurers. Deep Floors for Level 5 Adventurers and beyond.'

[Yes. But don't forget only 1st-9th Floors are for Solo Adventurers. From Level 10th even Bell requires a party to proceed further even when he became Level 2.]

'Primis: Those whom I plan to take under me won't be compared to him. After all I am going to train them. At Level 1 they will be able to clear Upper Floors. At Level 2 they will be able to clear Middle Floors and At Level 3 they will be able to clear Lower Floors. Solo I mean.'

[You really don't plan go easy on them, do you?]

'Primis: Yes. Since, they are going to travel with me in other worlds. We often need to split to complete different tasks. I planned to make them not only strong but also independent so that they can see, witness, notice, check and then made their own decision instead of coming to look for me for everything.'

[It's because of Liliruca Arde.]

'Primis: Yes. Considering she didn't receive warmth in her entire life. When Bell saved her, she started to rely of him before Syr pointed that out to stop her. The same thing can happen again when I will save her. I don't mind if she wants to rely on me somewhat but...…'

[Overly relying on is not a good thing.]

'Primis: Exactly. That's why, I planned to let her to join a Familia that will look after her when I am not around.'

[Hestia.]

'Primis: Indeed. She is best person for this job. Other Familia won't look after a Level 1 Adventurer who doesn't have any talent or something.'

After that Primis became quiet and just kept on walking. Soon, he reached 1st Floor. He was at a wide hallway on the 1st Floor known as the Beginning Road. The walls were light blue colored. As he was looking around...

'Primis: If I am not wrong, 1st- 4th Floor consists of Goblins or Kobolds.'

[Yes, that's correct.]

Nodding his head, he kept on walking forward. Primis didn't stay on first and went deeper. Soon, he reached 4th Floor where he saw some Goblins. There were three of them.

'Primis: Let's see how much stronger these goblins are compared to those outside.'

Next, Primis stopped hiding his presence and walked towards them. Goblins soon detected him and charged at him.

As first goblin jumped at him, Primis raised his right hand and grabbed it by its neck. Goblin struggled to get out, but it was pointless. Other two goblins also attacked Primis with their short swords.

Primis ignored them and didn't even bother to protect himself. One attacked his thigh and other attacked his shoulder. But no matter how much they tried, they failed to even pierce through his pants and his coat.

Suddenly, one of goblin who attacked Primis thigh had its own thigh injured. While the other who attacked at Primis shoulder got his own shoulder injured. Blood came gushing out of it.

That's because of "Damage Reflection" ability provided by his midnight coat. Showing a small smile at their futile attempt, he tightened the hold on goblin's neck in his hand. That goblin started to struggle violently to get out of it and then...…

CRACK!!!!

The sound of bone cracking was heard. The sound stopped other two goblins as they saw the head of their companion which fell along with its headless corpse.

SPLAT!!!!

THUD!!!!

Moving his gaze at the remaining two goblins, Primis stopped keeping the power emitted by his Sharingan at bay. As a result, his Sharingan started glowing intense while three-tomoe inside started to rotate. Seeing this, goblins felt shiver down their spine. Even though they were just some mindless monsters but now their instincts were screaming to run.
