Chapter – 100 (Sheng Ming)

[*cough* *cough* Anyway, when I investigated the soul, I found out who she is.]
'Primis: Alright, I get it. Now only one question is left. What she is doing in the tree?'
[Before answering that, I want to tell you something important. That thing is very related with that answer of yours.]

[Did you remember to I told you that there are two paths ahead of you when you reach max Level 10.]
'Primis: God and Pseudo-God. To become God, one need to increase their Existence Level to 3. To become Pseudo-God, one need to break Level 10 limit and become Level 11. But once you enter the Pseudo-God Path, you can never become God for the Lifetime.'
[Exactly. Let me continue from there. Actually, there is an External Source which can let Pseudo-Gods to get their Hands on Divine Power.]
'Primis: External Source. Huh. This means the Divine Power they get using method won't be their own but will be a borrowed power. If that's the case then they will still nothing more than ants in front of real 3rd Level Existences.'
[I agree. If the Divine Power possessed by 3rd Level Existences are as vast as ocean, then the Divine Power possessed by the Pseudo-God will be as equal to a cup of water. This method is also a double-edged sword because not only this method can give them Divine power but also it can decrease it if situation changes.]
'Primis: I see.'
[BUT. Mortals don't know such thing. As long as you show them even a little bit of Divine Power then will think of you as a God.]
'Primis: Hmmm. I think I more or less have guessed what this method is.'
[You did?]
'Primis: Faith, isn't it?'
[Bingo. You're right, its Faith. Once people will start to worship you, they released faith energy. That energy was then converted into Divine Power which Pseudo-Gods can use. In Soul Land, when Tang San gained the seat of Sea God after completing the Trails, all the Sea Lifeforms started to worship him. That's how he got Divine power]
'Primis: But Tang San is not the only case. You mean to say all the Pseudo-Gods that call themselves as Gods or God Kings in Soul Land World have people who worship them.'
[Yes. But this method can not only be used in Soul Land World but also in other worlds too. As long as you have people worshipping you, the Pseudo-Gods can get Divine Power.]
'Primis: When you say that it is a double-edged Sword it means if the number of people worshiping increased, the Divine Power possessed by these Pseudo-Gods will also increase. On the contrary, if the people decreased then their Divine Power will decrease too.'
[Yes.]
'Primis: Alright. How much population should worship them?'
[At the very least 100 billion.]
'Primis: 100 billion. Huh. By the way, what is the level of God Kings.'
[Yes, I was just coming there. But before that you don't have to call them God King. You can call them something else.]
'Primis: And That is?'
[5th-Dimensional Gods]

Primis reads the information and then look at Sheng Ming again who is looking at him with longing expression. He understands that since Sheng Ming was once a 5th-Dimensional God that means her strength reached the Level 25 that time.
[9th-Dimensional God or Level 81 is the limit. No matter how much 9th-Dimensional God try or what method he will use. It's impossible to break through Level 81. Because above this level, level system is removed since that's where the realms of 3rd Level Existence start.]
Primis gets the gist of it now. To create a Divine Realm in Soul Land World four to five "God Kings" or "5th-Dimensional God" are needed. Even though Divine Realm appears very big world but in the vast Universe its still very small. And there are many such Divine Realms in the Universe. So, if the 3rd Level Existences can create Universe. You can guess where these Existences stand.
Now he also realizes the strength of Ishtar when she released her Arcanum. That time, Primis was nothing but ant in her eyes. At first Primis thought, that the reason why he was able to injure Ishtar is because of his "True Damage". But it appears that's not the case. The real reason is of his power of "Chaos". Primis put this at the back of his mind and decided study about it later.
'Primis: So, your reason for putting Sheng Ming in the tree is something related to her being a Pseudo-God.'
[Yes. I already told you that you should make sure that neither you or your members become Pseudo-God. Otherwise, you can forget about becoming 3rd Level Existence.]
'Primis: I know that.'
[But since Sheng Ming was once a Pseudo-God, I was trying to decrease her level by trying to keep her strength of Pseudo-God.]
'Primis: You mean only her level will drop but not her strength.'
[Yes. And I succeeded. Even though her strength decreases but once her body will be made then she will be Level 10(max.) Permanent-Member.]
'Primis: Means she has reached the Max Limit of 2nd Level Existence. Next step is to become 3rd Level Existence.'
[Yes. But it's impossible since your members can't have higher Existence level than you. There can be exception like if you make Higher Existence level being your Permanent-Member. But those who have their Existence Level lower or equal to yours, can't increase it until your Existence Level increase.]
'Primis: In other words, when I will become 3rd Level Existence is when they can too.'
[Yes.]
'Primis: So, since you were trying to decrease her level but not her strength, her soul must have received injury, isn't it?'
[EXACTLY. But since you were in deep slumber, I can't ask for your help. And since Sheng Ming often associated with Plants as a "Goddess a Life", I put her soul into the tree so that it could heal her.]
'Primis: One important question. During the entire month when I was in slumber, was Sheng Ming conscious and could see me from the tree?'

'Primis: Didn't you hear what I say?'
[... I h-hear you. It's just that I c-can't.]
'Primis: Why?'
[... Because I did a m-mistake.]
'Primis: What Mistake?'
[I-I thought that the tree will only h-heal Sheng Ming soul. But since she has Life energy, tree started to think that Sheng Ming is a-also a part of it. So, it is n-now...]
Primis turn his attention back to Sheng Ming and started concentrate more. Then he found that many thread-like Tendrils are all around Sheng Ming body and holding her at the place so that she won't be able to move. But there are more to it than meet the eyes.
'Primis: They are trying to absorb her and making her part of the tree itself.'
[Yes, that's what the tree is doing. Even I never expected that.]
Primis when look at Sheng Ming realizes that she also knows what tree is trying to do to her. But she is helpless to do anything. Once she will be absorbed by the tree then she then she will lose all intelligence and will just become like an empty puppet whose only work will be to take care of the tree. She didn't want that but all she could do is look at Primis for help.
[Primis, even though I don't have a way to free her right now, I still have a way to delay the absorption process for a few years. I am sure in those few years we will be able to find a way...…..]
'Primis: No need.'
[What?]
'Primis: She has already suffered enough in her previous life. And now she is suffering again. Sorry, but I have no intention of letting her suffer even more. I will do it my way.'
Primis: Ophis.
Ophis who was sitting on Primis left-shoulder understands what Primis want. So, she left his shoulder and started to float in the air.

Twilight voice breaks at the end of her sentence. When Ophis floats in the air and started to took some distance, Twilight thought that Ophis is getting ready to use a strong attack. But now she realizes that something is wrong. Ophis is not taking distance away from the tree but from Primis instead. Just when Twilight become confused because of Ophis action, Primis voice sounded.
Primis: Come Aurora!
BOOM!!!!
A huge burst Origin Force came out of Primis. The Origin Force then form a vortex with Primis in between. After some time, the vortex disappears and Primis appeared again. This time in his "God of Destruction" form. Twin-Blades of Aurora one representing day and other representing night are in his hand. Primis then all of a sudden appears in front of the tree. Sheng Ming become astonished when she saw Primis in this form. She feels like that the power possessed by current Primis is limitless and no one can stand against him. But then she saw the Primis is looking at her with reassuring smile. Seeing that all of Sheng Ming anxiety fades away. She then closed her eyes put her full trust in him. Primis hold his Twin-Blades tightly. Then he murmurs to himself.
Primis: Think of nothing else. Wield the sword seeing nothing but what I want to cut or destroy.
SLASH!
CRACK!!!
CRUSH!!!
Once Primis swings his Sword then not only it passes through the tree and it even passes through Sheng Ming. In the next second, all of the Tendrils bounding Sheng Ming got destroyed altogether. Without damaging the tree and Sheng Ming even the slightest.
[THE POWER OF APOSTASY.]
Once all the Tendrils around the Sheng Ming got shattered, Primis put his Twin-Blades back into their Sheaths which were at the both side of his waist. Then he put his hand on the bark of the tree and send his Origin Force inside. Origin Force then covered Sheng Ming in a sphere and he takes the sphere out of tree.
'Primis: Twilight, give the "Harmony" skill to her.'
[Ok]
A ray of light came out of Primis forehead and entered the sphere. Then Primis released another ray of light from his hand which entered the sphere. Twilight gave Sheng Ming the "Harmony" skill and Primis gave her the full knowledge of his Enhanced Mode. Enhance Mode only shows its full potential to Permanent-Members because their new body can handle enhancement without any issue. Primis then undo his Awakening and re-equip his Midnight Coat and Elucidator. After that he turns his gaze back to the sphere.
Since Sheng Ming was inside the tree for a month. Her soul has taken full baptism of Origin Force. Hence the creation of her body will only take a few seconds or something. And just as he expected cracks started to appear on sphere before it shattered. Primis then see Sheng Ming body floating in the air but her eyes are closed. Primis took a step forward and caught her body in his embrace.
Sheng Ming stays like this in Primis embrace for a few seconds before her eyelid moved and she opened her beautiful eyes. Her brilliant green eyes then met with Primis blood-red eyes. But even when looking into them, she didn't feel afraid. She then stretched her snowy white hand to touched Primis face as if confirming whether she is dreaming or not.
But when her hand made contact with his face and she senses his skin warmth, her body tremble. Then tears filled her eyes. Those are not the tears of sadness or pain but the ones full of happiness. Primis saw the tears falling down her face and can tell how much she loves him and wants to be with him. So, he just leaned down. Sheng Ming seeing his action also didn't hesitate and raises her head. Then both of their lips met. It is a sweet kiss. One filled with countless emotions and feelings of Sheng Ming.
