Chapter 22: Drive Them Out

Paul Twain took a deep breath, walked to his desk, dialed the intercom, and said, "Get security up here right away to kick out the two unrelated people in the office!"

Anna Morrison almost couldn't hide the delight in her eyes.

Suppressing the upward curve of her lips and feigning concern, she said considerately, "Director, Caroline will leave on her own. It would be too damaging to her self-esteem to have security kick her out..."

Sapphire Rodi glanced at Anna Morrison, her gaze filled with a deep warning.

Stop stirring up trouble and keep quiet in front of the director! Who wouldn't see through that? Don't screw up the trump card that's already in your hand!

Anna Morrison: "..."

Feeling the agent's stern warning, she lowered her head and obediently closed her mouth, not daring to say another word.

The office door was pushed open, and a security guard in a green uniform walked in.
