Chapter 97: The Head is Not Meant to Bear Weight

The plane arrived at its destination.

It stopped at the airport, and the cabin door opened.

Caroline Edwin opened her eyes, groggily unbuckled her seat belt, and stood up to leave.

With a single stride of her long legs, she walked with one hand in her pocket, looking poised and confident.

"Carrie, wait for me!" Rex Leanne hurriedly unbuckled his seatbelt and followed up with a girlish jog.

Among the two girls, the one with short hair hesitated for a moment, her eyes flashing with doubt.

Getting off the plane and turning on her phone.

Just as the group was discussing Caroline, someone posted a picture of hers.

Seeing the image, the short-haired girl suddenly sobered up, slapped her forehead, and quickly composed her message.

[Sisters, I just encountered that bitch Caroline at Marine City Airport. She just got off the plane! And, we were on the same flight!]
