Chapter 234: Is There Anything She Can't Do

Caroline Edwin tapped the engine gently with the wrench, listening to the crisp sound to be sure there were no issues. Her visual inspection determined it was another problem.

She opened the car's water tank; it was empty inside. She looked at the others, "Can someone give me some water?"

Lilian Rose was about to hand her water to Caroline when Chester Quinn stepped in, "Give it to me."

He took the half-bottle of water, found a pair of gloves in the co-pilot seat area, then handed them over to Caroline, "Here, wear these, or it'll be difficult to wash off the engine oil."

"Thank you," she said.

Caroline nodded politely, put on the gloves, opened the half-filled bottle, and poured the water into the tank.

She found a small flashlight in the toolbox and inspected the water tank, which was entirely dry.

"The water tank is leaking," Caroline said.

Turning off the flashlight, she disassembled the water tank with practiced, swift movements. Inside, she found a loose screw.
