Chapter 237: Are you the mother of mosquitoes?

Ernie Daniel didn't miss the disgust in Caroline Edwin's eyes.

His eyes fell on her, noticing her high-waisted orange sports top, his eyebrows furrowed.

In the hot weather in River City, the mosquitoes were plentiful. Was she intentionally feeding them with her bare waist?

He strode back into the room, picking up a clean white shirt, and after walking back out, threw it into her arms.

"Are you so full of blood you're planning to share half with the mosquitoes?" She was old enough but she still didn't know how to take care of herself.

She picked up the white shirt, which was clean and faintly scented with laundry detergent.

Her uncle might act gruff, but that didn't mean he was rough in other aspects too.

"The mosquitoes don't bite me."

She didn't have many clothes with her, so she accepted the shirt without refusing, tying it around her waist immediately.
