Chapter 336: The Earring is Broken

The next day.

In the Morrison living room, everyone sat at the dining table eating the specially prepared porridge made by the chef. A few dishes of appetizers were also placed on the table, their colors, fragrance, and taste all well-rounded, showing the Morrisons' regard for Malcolm Suyt's visit.

Mrs. Morrison paused her porridge-eating and looked at Aria's empty ears, displeased as she put down her spoon.

"Aria, why did you take off your ear studs? Didn't Mom tell you to wear them all the time?"

How could she just take that thing off casually?

Aria took a sip of porridge, her eyes faintly dark circles beneath, still sleepy and listless, apparently not having slept well the previous night.

"Mom, the ear studs are so ugly, why do you insist I wear them all the time?"

"And it's not like I don't want to wear them, they just broke for some strange reason. I've already thrown them in the trash bin in my room."
