Chapter 486: Just a Minor Injury

About to leave, Caroline Edwin caught a glimpse of one of the auspicious beasts on the ground out of the corner of her eye. She jogged over, picked it up, and carefully held onto it.

The three of them hurriedly left the building, which was engulfed in a blazing fire. The scorching flames licked at their skin, raising their body temperature and pushing them to the edge of being nearly cooked alive.

The chandelier hanging high in the air wobbled unsteadily and suddenly fell down after a brief sway!

Blake Fuller glanced upward just in time to see this and pushed Caroline Edwin away with the right amount of force.

As the chandelier plummeted, he didn't have enough time to dodge and could only barely lean to the side.

"Bang--"

The huge chandelier smashed down, hitting his shoulder. Blake Fuller let out a muffled grunt and his footsteps faltered for a few moments.
