Rex Leanne arrived early at Heyday.

Sitting in the living room for a while, he saw Caroline Edwin come downstairs in a black strapless dress, exposing her fair shoulders and arms.

The black silk dress had a fine texture that accentuated her smooth, delicate skin, and she wore a pair of black crystal-embellished high heels.

She exuded a dazzling brilliance as she moved, making it hard to look away.

Noticing her attire, amazement flickered in Rex's eyes as he eagerly asked, "Carrie, why are you dressed so beautifully today?"

Caroline's mouth curved into a smile, "Guess."

Her smile was entrancing, and Rex's eyes sparkled with admiration as he shook his head to indicate that he didn't know.

"I can't guess."

He tried to calm his emotions, stood up to pour a glass of water to quench his thirst, and about ten minutes later, there was a buzzing sound outside the room.

"Let's go."

Caroline and Rex stood up and walked out of the door, unhurriedly.
