Caroline Edwin and Blake Fuller returned to the Fuller estate.

A few days later, Edward Jones' injuries had healed, and he invited Caroline Edwin to a well-known restaurant in the Capital to have lunch together.

She wore a black long-sleeve cinched-waist dress with a coat draped over it and carried a top-quality leather handbag.

Caroline Edwin wore a mask on her face and, led by an attendant, arrived at the private room.

"Knock-knock—knock—"

She raised her hand to knock on the door, then pushed it open and strode into the elegantly appointed private room.

Inside the room sat a group of people, who exchanged glances when someone suddenly pushed the door and entered, as if asking through their eyes who had summoned this person.

While everyone was confused, Edward Jones, who had been sitting down, got up with a smile and strode towards the doorway.
