Carl & Janice

"What are you doing?" ,said Carl.

Janice turned around, smiled nervously and started writing on her pad. It looked like she was enjoying pottering but couldn't do it properly.

"Pottering." ,she wrote.

Carl walked towards her and sat behind her. Janice was sitting on a wooden bench and it almost looked like Janice was sitting on his lap. Carl bend over, held her hands and starting telling her how to do it. After a while, it looked like Janice was getting a hang of it. Carl sat there watching her and when the pot was ready, Janice looked so happy and showed it to Carl excitedly . It was not all good but was worth it. Janice put her hand behind on Carl face putting clay on him and ran away. Carl ran behind her, caught her within a minute and swing her in the air holding her from the waist. Janice was laughing and suddenly, she bumped into him. Carl was so close to her face that she can hear him breathing. The atmosphere got a little tense. Carl released her at once when he realized it caused an awkwardness between them and they both started cleaning the mess they made. Suddenly, Janice feels something and looks out of the window but nothing was there.

AT THE STUMP LAB

"How's Janice?" ,said Drake.

"She's better, don't worry. She is been doing some activities in which she is horrible *laughs* but its okay because she is improving." ,said Carl.

"Did you tell her? That- I am here?"

"No. You asked me not to." ,said Carl.

"Yeah..... I- I have to go, you should also go." ,said Drake.

"Hey Drake, how are you going to make it right? I wish we had the antidote. Its really frustrating."

"Do you- Do you really want that?"

"Huh?"

"Me back to human."

"Hell Yeah. Why are you saying that?" ,said Carl.

"Nothing." ,said Drake with smiling face.

"By the way, where do you sleep?" ,said Carl.

"I can't sleep."

"What?"

"Since I don't want to eat humans. I hunt."

"Just wait a little longer. I am working on our antidote and in no time it will be ready."

"okay." ,said Drake and vanishes in thin air.

AT HOME

Janice is in her room sleeping and Carl also goes to sleep. The next day, Carl was going to visit Drake and Janice came with her notebook pad,

"WHERE ARE YOU GOING?"

"Oh, to work." ,said Carl.

"TAKE ME WITH YOU."

"You know, I can't." ,said Carl, pats on her head and leaves.

AT THE STUMP LAB

"You know, its not appropriate for you to visit me everyday." ,said Drake.

"It's alright. I want you to know that I am here for you."

*both laugh*

"Nothing is going to change and you know that." ,said Drake.

"It will."

The twig SNAPS!

Drake turns around, vanishes and appears on the back of a big tree holding someone's neck.

Carl ran there fast and was astonished.

It was Janice.
