UNINVITED GUEST

I turn to wake Brent, only to see that he is no longer in his bed. I look around the room to find him standing behind me. 

"I got up when I heard you talking." He says when he sees the confusion on my face. "That poor man sounded very nervous to give you that message."

"Yes he did. Now I am wondering if he is working for the hotel at all. There were two other men with him when he came to give the message. Isn't that strange?" I aks Brent who is now getting clothes from his cupboard. 

"It is strange. I am worried that we are not safe here anymore. Maybe you should pack so we can go back to your house." He puts on clothes and turns to me. 

I am not sure how I feel about going back to the house. Does that mean that our adventure is over?
