THE EXPEDITION

The next few days that follow, the men fine comb their plan for anything that may go wrong. They work out their plan in the finest detail. Up to the minute of everything that needs to happen.

If one of them do not get to the right place in time, the whole plan will fall apart. Alice and I sit in on all the discussion. It seems that we are the only people that see the problems in men's plans. We will constantly remind them of everything that can go wrong, and then they will adjust their plans to make sure that what Alice and I suggested, does not happen.

Finally Alice and I can find no more faults with a plan. It is so that they will actually be able to get into the house and retrieve Jerry. The only thing that we cannot plan for are the things that we don't know about, and those are the things that scare me. The men decide to go on Monday. It seems that Mondays are the days that the guards are not as vigilant as they always should be.
