We spend most of the day in Derick's office. Jake explains to us how the Tony problem works. Tony found out that he is dying. That is when he built the safe house, or the hideout house as we have been referring to it. In the basement of the hideout house he built himself at  tomb. He knew he was going to die and he knew that he was not leaving the premises when he did.
