Grunts explaination part 1

When Byakuya came back from sealing the two's memories, Logan and Victor shook their heads seeing Zaraki smiling at them, "Did you enjoy your nap, boys?"

Logan and Victor looked at each other before moving away as Soph chuckled, "So, do you two always like to hug when you fall or?" They saw both of them had hugged each other in near death grips.

Logan said, "Uh, you want to tell us what happened and why he calls us boys when he is obviously in his thirties?"

The three glanced at each other and Sophia started to snicker, "I think you two should take that as a compliment. Sorry but, they are over a hundred years old."

Byakuya said, "Your highness," He glanced at her with a little bit of admonishing tone. He knew this was rude and tried to teach her.

She lowered her head, "It's either learning to fight or manners most of the time. I maybe the Next soul queen but, you guys keep forgetting that I am an eight year old kid too."

Byakuya said, "That maybe the case your highness but, it isn't good of someone of your status to be rude."

Zaraki said, "This is why I dislike you nobles, it's all about status and rules. If her highness wants to be what she is let her. We are here to protect her and do our duty as you put it."

Byakuya said, "Says the one who just likes a good fight. I heard that you killed many Anbu just because they were passing by."

Zaraki said, "You want a fight pretty boy?"

At that, Sophia grabbed both of their ears, "This isn't the time for you two to argue. We are here to get Grunt back and if you two don't behave, I will send you back to Soul Society and have Urahara follow me as you two do his work. I am sure, he'll appreciate it."

The two stiffened, "We'll be good, your highness." She then released their ears as they knew that it was a lot of boring and thankless work.

A voice went on the screen and said, "Now that mommy and daddy are done arguing. Can I give you guys the run down now or should I come back? Not that I mind, it's quite fun to watch the drama."

Victor said, "Your Okay, we thought you were in trouble little kitten. Also, why are they calling her, her highness?"

Grunt said, "And I thought someone who could survive in multiple wars was smart; turns out you were just lucky. Sophia is the heir to a God and my avatar is currently a cub; not a kitten, not a puppy but a cub made from the data of three divine beasts. It isn't that hard to understand since, I am bigger than said puppy and kitten."

Zaraki asked, "Grunt, which of us is the daddy in your mouth?" He was focusing on the wrong thing which caused a strange silence.

Grunt said, "Awkward questions aside, I should start my explanation of this place and what's going on. You guys are in a deminsion called...well, it has a lot of names. So, let's call it the universal subconscious. Every planet with intelligent life has it though, I have never heard of anyone but, the SMT universe had messed with it. Things usually go apocalyptic when people mess with it. I mean, letting beasts, gods, demons, fae and angels out into the world at the same time tends to do so. Last time, a god of order tried to make everyone into slaves who worshipped it. The funny part was it cheated on the bet that him and a god of hope had agreed on. Which, even the gods of death didn't go as far as he did."

Zaraki said, "And I can have a good fight with them then." He was getting excited about it.

Grunt said, "Down boy, only persona users can hurt the Shadows...I think."

Byakuya said, "What do you mean by you think?"

Grunt said, "That's the usual rule, I don't know if your kido or Zampakto can kill them. I may have information on a lot of stuff but, that doesn't mean I am omniscient and all knowing. My job is to get Fiona to stop feeling guilty over not being able to save her brother and freezing on her first fight. Plus the 500,000 people who died to Project Pandora. The annoying one didn't exactly give me an instruction manual."
