Lia's sword thrust generated a force that blasted a hole in the opponent's abdomen, causing the other party to pass out instantly and blood to flow like a fountain.

In addition, his internal organs began to leak out along with the blood that was pouring. 

Fortunately for him, though, he was teleported away at the appropriate moment, and he will eventually return to full health thanks to the S-rank healer.
