Comfortable

The typical smell of wet ground due to rain was smelled everywhere, including in Nathan's nostrils.

He walked alone because there was some data filled out by him to complete the requirements as one of the high school students.

Throughout his brain constantly pondering what he was going to do to Zefa, he couldn't stop thinking about how he could want to help one of the girls he had just met? That was what always bothered Nathan.

"Is my decision right? Maybe the case that thw a is going through is related to a murder case," he said. Until the two beads caught a girl who was playing in the rain.

The girl was wearing earphones in her ears and wearing a yellow sweater, the girl's hand felt various moans of rain dripping on her hand. "You're not home?" Nathan asked.

The girl lowered her hand and then turned around, a student wearing an army green hoodie was staring at her with a cold glare.

He let out a smirk and said, "Oh you Nathan, it's still raining outside. I can't possibly go home first."

"Then why are you holding out your hand?"

"Ah, this ... I'm enjoying a raindrop." 'How could he possibly feel the raindrops? While the rain outside was very heavy.

Is this the effect because I'm old enough to not understand the problems of young people, it means that if I am friends with this girl maybe I can learn some habits of young people so that they do not suspect me, 'thought Nathan.

"Zefa." Zefa who was playing in the rain immediately turned towards Nathan when the man called her.

"Yes?"

"No." Nathan withdrew his intention to tell about his friendship with Zefa. 'I'd better just shut up, let it go as it is.'

Seeing Nathan who was daydreaming made Zefa a little curious, however, it was impossible to ask Nathan.

When he returned his attention to the clear beads coming down from above, both of his ears that were plugged into earphones accidentally heard the baritone's voice calling his name.

Zefa took off the earphones attached to both of her ear canals, she looked around to find the origin of the sound until her two black pupils grew so big that she saw a man she liked walking towards her with a sweet smile.

"Brother Joshua ...." Seeing Zefa who did not blink at all made Nathan curious, he turned to the view in the middle of Zefa.

Seeing the expressions of these two students he could conclude very clearly that they were experiencing what is called high school love.

Joshua who saw Zefa along with other men made suspicion attack his feelings. "Who is he?" he asked Cephas. His sharp eyes went towards Nathan while Nathan just stared at Joshua with his cold eyes.

"Eh ... he's my new friend, brother," Zefa replied. It felt bad when he saw these two men were throwing their special views.

"Are you sure it's just Zefa's friend?" Joshua was still staring at Nathan but his hand grabbed Zefa's hand and then pulled him slowly to the back of his body.

What Joshua went through made Zefa silent, at first she was confused by what the man was doing, and eventually, she knew that Joshua was jealous.

'I didn't think Joshua would be jealous.' In contrast with Nathan, the two eyes that had only seen Joshua's sharp eyes were confused by what the man was going through.

'What's the matter with this young man?'

Zefa who felt the atmosphere was getting chaotic immediately stood between the two of them.

"Calm down brother Joshu, Nathan is just a new student and it just so happens that he is also sitting next to me," Zefa persuaded with a smile towards Joshua. Joshua turned his eyes to Zefa who was smiling.

He tried to believe what the girl said. "Fine, let's go home with me," he said by pulling Zefa's hand and leaving. Before her step went any further, Zefa turned to Nathan.

He pointed to the front of his mouth to mean that the man should be silent and say nothing. Nathan nodded understandingly.

"Wow, I didn't think it would help people's girlfriends."

"It's been a long time since we've both been like this." Joshua turned the steering wheel of the car nimbly, he felt happy he had not felt for a long time.

Along the way, both corners of her lips were relentlessly lifted and radiated a smile of happiness. Zefa who was sitting next to Joshua could feel it, though now she felt the same way with the man next to her.

However, there was one thing that stuck in Zefa's heart, which was the message of terror from the same person as Son's killer.

He was hesitant with the decision he made because the next victim could be Joshua, to overcome all this, he had to pretend not to like Joshua so that the killer would not make Joshua the next victim.

It was hard to suppress his feelings of happiness but this was for Joshua's good so that he would not have the same fate as the Son.

However, there was one thing that confused his mind. 'How could I possibly ask Nathan for help? Even though the man had just moved school, 'he thought, looking at the road in front of him.

Joshua, who had been asking Zefa to speak, realized that the girl did not answer his question. Right under the red light, he turned to Zefa and saw the girl was silent as if thinking of something.

Joshua raised his hand and then gently rubbed Zefa's head. "What are you thinking?" Joshua asked.

Zefa was a little surprised. 'Gosh! My heart was pounding again like it was about to explode. ' As soon as he turned to Joshua, the man was waiting for an answer to the question he had asked.

"It's okay, I'm only thinking about my fate if it wasn't for my sister," Zefa avoided.

"Are you sure?" Joshua lowered his hand.

"You don't think about your roommate, do you?"

"Of course not," Zefa replied with a stiff laugh. Just when the light turned green, they both resumed their journey.

Occasionally Zefa steals a glance at Joshua who is focused on driving, he does not know how long it takes to get home but if Joshua is with him Zefa will feel very comfortable.

'I promise I won't involve you in my problems,' he thought with a smile.
