Tuesday night on the 31st of December in the year 2020. 
I remember this day extremely well because it was the day I committed suicide ...... and also the day it all began. 
Instead of descending to the afterlife as I had wished I instead ended up being placed in the Tower of Chaos as a participant in a competition. 
That's fine then since I could simply kill myself if I didn't wish to participate but the problem was Hades the god of Death chose me as his successor meaning that suicide wasn't an option.
Though he did say what I had to do to have a peaceful death.......I simply had to reach the top of the tower. 
But were things really that simple?

The dimensions were piled on top of one another, and each prince was locked away in their own separate dimension along with their soldiers. The weakest prince of Hell was imprisoned on the first dimension while the strongest was imprisoned on the fifth dimension."

"So, this place definitely is Hell or at least one of its dimensions" I thought. That would explain the harsh weather conditions as well as the terrifying monsters that were in this place and the fact that one of the princes of Hell was here was a big giveaway.
