Chapter 39 : Auction 2

Headmaster of the colos school is a sound path rank 1 magi . benito the echoing tune of lujubien. He also received a message from the city beasts auction house that a magic beasts is about to be auctioned . Although it is highly unlikely that a sound path magic beasts would be auctioned, but he still came for some entertainment.

It has been more than 150 years since he became a magi in sound path . He never succeeded to break to rank 2 . It is not that he didn't have resources, but he didn't have the aptitude. Or he never found his true way his inner self wanted to.

Magi rank up is a very difficult and strenuous task . You not only need resources and practice but are also required to learn the essence of your path in your own way . Others legacy and inheritance gives you notions and ideas only not the real rank up .

Benito is already more than 180 years old . He had a lot of resources and inheritance given by the colos family , but he never succeeded to break to the rank 2.

A rank 1 magi can live 200 years . So he has only 20 odd years left . He now tries to focus only in his research on his path and rarely appears in the school.

Because she was a noble born , she received no punishment but instead my father send a lot of gift to her to ease the relation between him and the colos family .

In the stadium in a gorgeous sit a beautiful women in her early 30s is sited . She has silver hair in her head , a beautiful face with sharp contours. She has a lot of rare jewelry in her body ,attracting lust from men's nearby and jealousy of the nearby females.she is wearing a black gown . Her name is 'Asiatica mosin osin nis myrs von colos' .

Even though she seems happy and elegant,but there are a deep sadness in her eyes which can only be seen if someone focus closely.

She is unfortunately Nulliparous . She has no child even after more than 10 years of marriage.

Her husband is a firstborn of viscount pitren of the corseiken family . Corseiken family is a viscount family in the east of the kingdom . Because of her inability to give birth to a child ,her husband married another noble lady . Now that women has given birth to a girl child . That's why in corseiken family , she has to hear a lot of harsh and mocking words from the noble women circles and in corseiken family. Her husband no longer talks with her as if she didn't even exist in that viscount family .

Because of the war in the west of this kingdom, except mens all of the women, childrens and old people of the noble and aristocrat family's of that region are permitted to leave by the decree of Duke Remus .

Asiatica's husband didn't see her when she was leaving to her parents home unlike that women for whom he travelled to the border of the wast of this kingdom to see her off.

In Corseiken family ,she is regarded as an unwanted guest rather than a family member.

Women's who are unable to bear a child are considered cursed and unlucky by the peoples in this world . Moon mother goddess religions clergy's think these women's as unfavored by the goddess as their goddesses has 'mother' is her title indicating her authority in it .So ,the women's who are not mother, can't enter in the moon mother goddess church . The preist of colos city harshly shouted at her to leave when she attended a sermon at the colos city church .

Today she came here in this magic beasts auction house to stay active and forget about these traumatic experience.

" Old butler guess what magic beasts is under the veil ."

She said playfully. He is her family's old butler who was always with her from her childhood. Her mother was always busy in kitty party's and her father was also busy governing his territory. So she grew up almost with no care from them . This butler is like a father like figure to her who always stayed with her . After marriage she took this old butler with her in her new house. Old butler was the only person who supported her in that place where she is an eyesore.

"Lady Asiatica , I am not sure what it will be but I think it may be a orc?" The old butler who is standing beside Asiatica's side replied touching his chin in a thoughtful manner.

Soon a beautiful women in red kirtle came near the veiled monsters corpse and unveiled it .

A 2.1 meter long rank 1 magic beasts kobold body was revealed in front of the crowd .The monster is half human and half dog like one . It has a dog tail in its back .

The auction house cleaned it in water and also wore a bra to hide her boobs and a panties to cover her lower parts . All the dark marks and blood holes in her face is now less visible. obviously they did some beautification in it . So from the distance it looks like an kobold in sleeping in the platform.

Because the kobold was in a big fight against the Banshee , it was a lot weak . Soon it lost it's gallbladder to Aetius . So she died after a few rock attacks . That's why her corpse has no big wound like sword piercings, which would make her look like an ugly dead kobold .

The crowd was in uproar as soon as they saw the dead kobolds . They previous saw a lot of dead magic beasts ,which normally had a lot of ugly wouds and missing organs .

But it looks like a healthy kobold who is in sleeping . Few even got scared thinking that it will wake up and attack .

Rank 3 mage of colos city become a little puzzled and said ,

" Mosour , Is their any hunter capable of killing a magic beasts without cutting a single body part in this city!?"

" Lord salvo, I believe an outsider may be the one killed this .The hunters in our city are not skilled enough to kill a rank 1 magic beasts so perfectly. This is a speed type beasts . I wish it was a wind type beasts."

Rank 1 mage mosour replied and sighed in helplessness.

" Didn't I helped you to kill a rank 1 wind path snake 1 year ago ? What are your progress? Did you feel any changes in your mana reserve?" Rank 3 mage salvo asked mosour without looking at him .

"Lord mage ,i do felt some fluctuation but it is not very strong . If i can have another wind path beast or some inheritance from a senior in my path ,maybe i will break to rank 2 soon ." Mosour replied to salvo respectfully.

Salvo looked at mosour and said ,

" Why don't you stop quarreling with Ginougt ! She is a rank 2 mage in wind path in this city . She can give you some important suggestions of your path . I suggest you to stop fighting with her all the time like the old folk tale of 'cat and a mouse' ." Mage Salvo said and laughed loudly.
