"This is such bad news. Sadly, she might have read it. Don't you think it's creepy that the two of us would receive such notifications at the same time? It looks like…."Val said, but Karen interrupted by saying that she had to get to work, which was a more important issue to deal with.

"Karen, wait," Val said.

"Later," Karen said as she slammed the door behind her.

'Too much bad luck for one person,' Val thought to herself. 'Let me give her time, I will talk to her later.'

All the psyche Karen had in the morning had suddenly disappeared, and she wasn't sure how she would stay at work.

She kept on looking at her phone, and when she couldn't finally take it, she unblocked Carey's number and forwarded him the link to the blog. She did the same to Sam.
