Innocent, pretty, kind, and compassionate were the fitting descriptions for Karen Barger. She had been living her perfect life until it had begun to crumble at a time she least expected it. 

To seek comfort, she returns to Atlanta, her home, and unbeknownst to her, another piece of her world crumbles in New York.

Along with her two friends in Atlanta, Karen’s life will be on a roller coaster, and she will experience raw, vulnerable, and intense emotions like never before.

Determined to honour the vows of her closest people, Karen will go to the extreme ends to ensure they are happy. 

However, one by one, dark, buried secrets will be out in the open, leaving Karen over in the head after the realization that those she sacrificed everything for were not worth the efforts.

Her Dumb Honour

"What's wrong with what I'm doing?  You were with me and with your sick husband as well. Never did I complain so you have no right to fucking complain," Hayden answered arrogantly and Alice lifted her hands up and slapped him hard on the cheek.

"You absolutely have no right to talk like that to me," Alice said, as she bit her lower lip.

"I…I...didn't know we were exclusive," Hayden said arrogantly and Alice mimicked him as she summoned all the strength she had left in her and pushed Hayden so hard on the wall.  Alice's move took Hayden by surprise and he inhaled and exhaled deeply as he tried to get his composure back.

"Fuck you Hayden. I left my family to be with you and this is the payment I get back. What do you take me for? I have been so kind to you that you're taking advantage of that. This is where we draw the line," Alice said between clenched teeth.

Hayden heard footsteps approaching and he knew that Maya was up to create more trouble.
