Jay totally forgot about the four brothers, and just kept interacting with the ladies the whole time, he doesn't even notice the boys already left to pick their rooms after finish eating.
"Alright I think it's time for us to leave, let me help you clean the dishes before we go." < Mom
"Nonsense! I won't allow the guests to do the cleaning, leave the rest of the work to us boys." < Jay
"Well... if you insist. Thank you for today, we had so much fun, next time when you come visit us, I'll make you something special." < Mom
