Simple idea, a pro minecraft player is reborn as an earthbender in avatar, simple and straightforward.

You can take this in many directions, one way is to just have them be a master builder and secretly build insane things around the world and show the reaction to them.

Or you can have them gather all the small villages together to start their own kingdom, maybe his background is that he was reborn into a small peaceful village with a small gold mine and a fire nation sergeant wanted the gold and so everyone was killed except for the mc whom unlocked his earthbending and dug a hole and hid.

Adding on the the idea, you could have your mc receive all the crafting recipes permanently in his mind.
