Andrei stood beside the kitchen door and watched the two most important women in his life talk, laugh, and make dinner. Andria looked so happy and Selena seemed so content that he felt that his heart would burst. She turned around to face him as if she was attuned to his presence. Her lips formed in a pout as she saw him. He smiled at her because he was sure at this point that a certain way he smiled drove her crazy. 


"Come on" she whined and he laughed. Andria turned to face him, finally noticing that they were not alone. "Andria, your brother is at it again..." 


"Not on my watch... I know how y'all get in the kitchen. Now off you go Andrei, stop bothering us". 


"I'm not even doing anything, I just want to watch my wife cook and I'll help if you need me to do anything" 


"No! you can't. you'll just be in the way of everything. Go get ready, your father-in-law will soon be here. you don't want to make a bad impression do you".
