When Aveda moved toward Wei Li, Lin Cian noticed a significant expression on Aveda's face. Her calm demeanor refused to show it to others. But Lin Cian was an exception because he found it without her knowledge. After a few seconds of thinking about that, Lin Cian understood the root cause of her worry. He can see that no other members of the party were aware of that but him. It is not their mistake but she forcefully calmed herself down.

When Lin Cian was admiring the leader of their party suddenly someone tapped him on the back of his head. Lin Cian was shocked at the moment and turned back to see William looking at him with a frowning face. Lin Cian smiled sheepishly looking at William. He was a bit feeling sorry for what he had done and that's what resembled his smile.

"You did well," said William without changing his frowned face. Except for the cold look he gave to Lin Cian. William turned his gaze away from Lin Cian to look at the group who were gathered around the injured member of their party. Lin Cian knew the meaning of his cold gaze. Lin Cian forwarded toward William. He stood on the other side of William and tapped William's back on the shoulder with his shoulder. William's cold eyes looked at the annoying creature in front of him. He turned at Lin Cian with the same gaze but it changed when he looked at him.

Lin Cian was looking at William in a childish way. Lin Cian was showing off to him as an innocent kid. William once again chose to ignore him. But once he turned away he felt someone was holding his left hand. William was clearly irritated by Lin Cian's attitude. When William once again turned to look at him. Lin Cian blew his cheek and his lower lips extended out upwards as if a child was going to cry. He blinked rapidly and made him look like a little girl who was constantly annoying William for what he want. William was very much infuriated by the constant annoyance of Lin Cian. His eyes became bloodshot and popped out from his eye socket. His jaws became rigid and his lips were pursed. His teeth were chewing and there were slight wrinkles near his nose towards his mouth vertically. His muscles bulged and the nerves appeared on his neck and forehead. When he turned toward Lin Cian his hands got loosened from the grip of the annoying Lin Cian. Once Lin Cian saw his expression he subconsciously took away his hands when he saw the burning William. Lin Cian's face took a ninety-degree turn. His face became pale and dull. Suddenly he masked himself with a playful frown. It was very sudden and a surprise. He never thought he would do such a mistake. He knew that the silent person was not the weakest. Usually, the silent people will hide their strength. But William was not a silent type but a lively person from him. He felt like his heart was stopped for the second. Lin Cian felt that his gaze could burn him to death. William was not the type to easily get annoyed but today.

'Everything is strange today' Lin Cian thought and he walked away from them and went near a tree. He stared at the tree for a while. Then he moved his gaze towards William and the others. He felt something fishy was going on. He let out a sigh and extended his arms and balanced himself on the tree while standing in a slightly bowing position. His face was dull. Once again he looked at the crowd from the corner of his eyes. He once again let out a sigh. He turned back and hit his back hard on the tree and quickly sat on the base of the tree. The speed was very sudden as if he fell from getting crashed into a tree. His back burned like hell from the friction caused by his back rubbing on the tree. Despite the pain in his back Lin Cian sat unmoved under the tree. His back was pushed against the trunk of the tree. The constant force from his legs kept him sticking to the trunk of the tree. His face was very pale.

Over time it became worse. His demeanor worsened as the time passed. Each second seemed to be an eternity for him. Lin Cian had his memories flashing in front of him. The lovely cute voice singing and her laughter rang over his ears. His eyes filled with tears. He felt his heart becoming heavier and heavier when he remembered those scenes. Those scenes were still vivid in his memory. The vivid images made him feel worse. His breath becomes heavy and rapid. Tears leaked drop after a drop from his eyes which he constantly wiped away. He tried to calm himself down but failed to do so. It was not an easy task for him. He laughed, smiled, and spouted nonsense unconsciously. In his point of view, he was laughing at her joke. According to him, he smiled at her. Lin Cian claimed that he was speaking to her. His long-lost treasure. He didn't forget even a single memory of her. Her voice was still very clear in his mind as if he heard it a minute ago. Her playful eyes still looked acute as if they were chiseled onto his memory. The silvery and blue eyes still were very exact to him.

"Are you fine? Rondell" an angelic voice invaded his ears. Lin Cian suddenly wiped his tears but it was obvious that Lin Cian was shedding tears. Lin Cian was sitting under the tree facing the other side of his party who were busy treating Wei Li. He was staring at the empty ground on the other side. "Yeah, I am fine," he said with a low tone and took a deep breath. The fragrance of her body calmed him even more. She didn't face Lin Cian. Instead, she sat near him facing the right side.

"Rondell..." she started but was interfered by a reasonable calm but cold tone. "Cian," he said. The expression he had was something so so. He wasn't even amazed or worried about what he was doing. He was literally exposing his identity with his past.

June also managed to smile despite the shock that had made her almost gulp. She knew 'Rondell' was his fake name. But still, they were not familiar with each other for more than a month but Lin Cian already accepted her as his sister. That shocked her. But she was a very mature person. She knew Lin Cian was very desperate. So she didn't want to make it worse.

As a matter of fact, Lin Cian wasn't worried or sad about what William did. But that piqued his memory and brought back the pleasant as well as the unpleasant moments he had in his past. The memories were pleasant and unpleasant at the same time. He doesn't want anyone to see him being sad so he hid behind the huge tree. It took June a minute to find Lin Cian once she finished her recuperation.

June understand the situation Lin Cian was in. After all, she went through the same before joining the party and reuniting with her husband. She made a sigh and forced a smile on her face. She also remembered her worst memory of being alone and missing Harry for days. Because of some reason Harry didn't come to see her again. So June took the initiative to find him and asked him to take her hand. Harry refused at the start but later he proposed to June and apologized to her. June accepted the proposal and they were married for nearly three years now.

Lin Cian raised his head and turned towards June. He saw June being sad. She sat supporting her back on the trunk of the tree. Her body was erected upwards but her head was hanging down as if she was very sad. Lin Cian understood what she was doing. "Is it painful" a not very mature tune entered her ears and bought her back to reality. She raised her head and took a breath. She pinned a smile on her pursed lips while her head turned towards Lin Cian. She was greeted by Lin Cian's gaze. Despite her smile, Lin Cian made sure she was sad. That's what her eyes resembled. "No, not at all" she replied to his question which made Lin Cian envy her. Before he could say anything she continued. "Trust me, you need this, if not it won't be nice," she said with a smile despite her gloom. Lin Cian understood what she meant.

After all, every relationship will have lovable and resentful memories. Either the family and friends or the love between a couple. It was necessary for the bonding.

Lin Cian smiled at her in understanding. Both June's and Lin Cian's eyes resembled the same but their lips were fastened with a smile.
